It's important that we leave our dog with someone who is pet experienced, and has the right amount of time & a safe setup. But in this case, not only is the house nice/roomy with a large backyard, but also it authentically feels like Jennifer and her daughter & husband are enjoying the experience as well. I feel like dogs respond to genuine affection, and that makes all the difference for us. Jennifer took pictures of her husband comforting Moose, and gave us stories about her daughter sleeping with him in her arms. This makes us want to give him this delightful experience everytime we are forced to travel without him, if possible. I was a little worried because my puppy (Kiwi) is still very timid and suspicious of strangers, but Christin was very understanding and confident, that it was clear she's worked with difficult dogs before. Rebecca was sooooo wonderful!! We did a meet and greet first which was great — gave us some peace knowing how nice the space was for our pups. She was super communicative, sent updates (including pictures!!!) 100/10 so very glad to have found her & will absolutely be booking again next time we need a sitter! :)

Jessica was absolutely amazing with Louie! She was kind, sweet, patient, and took great care of him throughout his stay. She also allowed us to do a meet and greet beforehand, which made us feel very comfortable leaving Louie in her care. What stood out most was how compassionate and understanding she was when we received unfortunate news during our trip. She truly went above and beyond during a very difficult time, and we appreciated her kindness so much. I felt very comfortable leaving Bella with Alexandra and her family. They were warm and welcoming to her, and I left their home feeling a sense of relief. When we returned to pick her up, she actually seemed a little sad about leaving them… Lol I highly recommend Alexandra for your boarding needs.
Brooke went above and beyond with our Phoebe! She took Phoebe on so many adventures and I knew she was having a great time. Brooke provided ample photos throughout her stay. Phoebe and Mochi got along really well. We would definitely have Brooke care for Phoebe in a future stay!
Becky was an excellent host for our dog Benji. She was communicative to set clear expectations before his stay, then responsive during his stay to let us know how he was doing. Becky is clearly organized and experienced, which gave us peace of mind entrusting the care of our precious (and sometimes skittish) dog to her. We will hope to book her again next time we travel.
