Dog-lovers w/o a dog of our own
My husband, Chris, and I have both spent our whole lives around animals and have always loved dogs. Our jobs require a bit of travel - which we enjoy - but having a dog of our own doesn't make sense for us right now. This is the first time both of us haven’t had at least one dog sharing our home and we miss the energy, companionship, and puppy kisses. We are so grateful for the opportunity to help take care of your pup and make our home their home away from home. About 7 years ago, we both became certified dog walkers and have been dog sitting ever since. Growing up, my family adopted dogs of all shapes and sizes (Westies, German Shepards, Vizslas, GSPs, mutts, poodle mixes) and I’ve been lucky enough to live with Pit Bulls and other Terrier mixes, Shih Tzus, and more! Since we've been dog sitting, we've met even more breeds and have had the chance to care for puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with special needs. Whether you’re getting out of town for a change of scenery, or your little (or big) pup needs some company while you’re at work, we would love to meet you both!

Gabriela and Chris took great care of my pup, who is usually nervous in new situations! They sent me tons of pictures throughout his stay and I could tell they genuinely enjoyed having him and that he was happy and comfortable there, so I was able to focus on my vacation without any worries. Would definitely book with them again!
Kingsley had a great time! She’s got a lot of anxiety so we’re always nervous leaving her, but they did a fantastic job, followed our requests, and sent us lots of pictures and updates They treated her like she was their own pet, and we will definitely look to use Gabriela again to watch Kingsley.
Gabriela and Chris were phenomenal with Kota. Before staying with them, we did a meet and greet and he played with another pup they were watching, which was great! While staying with them, Gabriela made sure to give us plenty of updates and adorable photos. I really appreciate how flexible they were with pickup and drop off and we really felt they went above and beyond taking care of Kota. Definitely will be booking boarding services with them again. Thank you so much!!
Gabriela was simply amazing! She was incredibly easy to communicate with, sent so many pupdates, and treated my dogs like her own <3. When my little one had tummy troubles, she helped administer pumpkin and probiotics and got him feeling well again! 12/10 would recommend Gabriela!!
Did an amazing job. Lots of pictures and communications throughout the stay. Dog back safe and sound. Highly recommend.

Programa
On days I’m not traveling for client meetings, I work from home - which means your dog will have plenty of company and lots of walks throughout the day. Chris and I work as a team to make sure your dog gets as much love as possible and feels right at home during their stay.

When your dog stays with us, we make every effort to match the rules and schedule they have when they are with you. Not only does this make for a more familiar environment for the pup, but it also helps maintain all of the hard work you have done training them. If you allow them on the furniture, so do we! If you have them follow certain commands before they eat dinner, we will do the same. As a general rule, we do not bring dogs we are watching to dog parks or similar spaces. We have a small fenced-in backyard in a very walkable neighborhood. If it's important that your dog has a chance to socialize during their stay, we can certainly make that happen - we just prefer to have it be with dogs we know and trust to ensure your dog's safety. Making sure your dog is safe and comfortable during their stay is our main priority.
Un día normal
We live about a 15-20 minute walk off of the Main Street in Manayunk so we can check out the scene down there or head the other direction and hit the towpath (depending on how much/far your dog likes to walk). Since I work from home, your dog will get attention throughout the day because there is nothing better than taking a quick break from the grind for a game of tug-o-war or some midday dog snuggles.
