She came home rested and without any signs of over exertion, which can be difficult to manage while other dogs are boarded. My only concern was that I had become used to Rover hires providing a daily update; I had not explicitly asked for this and Donte sent one unprompted update (on Christmas), but he was very quick to respond when I reached out to check in on her. He also offered an important observation at pick up about the length of my dogs back toenails, indicating careful attention to the dog’s wellbeing.”

By day 2, Kristina was sending us pictures of Olive belly up and happily napping next to Kristina on the couch and Olive completely made herself at home. Olive’s stay overlapped with a major heatwave, and Kristina made sure to get Olive out early in the AM for a nice walk each morning before it got too hot. Bryce had great communication with me while I was on vacation always letting me know how my dog was doing and was great with updates. He was very patient with my puppy and always kind and respectful. I felt very comfortable living my puppy with him for 5 nights and will definitely book him again for a next occasion.
Shayla was wonderful with our anxious dog, Pypke. She is incredibly caring, attentive, and knowledgeable about dog behavior. She asked thoughtful questions during our meet and greet and took great care to make sure Pypke would be comfortable with the other dog she was watching. When I picked Pypke up, he was happy and relaxed. I feel reassured knowing he’s in such good hands with Shayla.
We’ve had a great experience with our sitter! He provides regular updates and is incredibly comfortable and confident handling our 120 lb Bullmastiff, Kaaze, who is convinced he’s a lap dog. He really goes out of his way to make Kaaze feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Kaaze is always excited to go to his house, which says a lot. It gives us great peace of mind knowing he’s with someone who understands how to handle a large dog and genuinely enjoys having him around. Highly recommend!
Scott was wonderful and my dog had the best time with him and his posse of dogs! The other dogs he was watching at the time were very friendly and Scott did a great job introducing them and making sure they were comfortable together. He sent lots of pics during the stay and I know my dog had unbelievable attention, exercise and love! We can’t wait to go away again so we can send Hoagie to his new favorite place!
This was my first time ever using this service, so of course I was a little nervous at first! Deseree made it so easy! everything went so smoothly! she took such great cate of my puppy Kane while I was out of town! she filled me in daily with pictures! she took Kane on multiple daily walks he was such a happy boy when I picked him up! Provided a fun enjoyable environment for our boy and they were very communicative. They sent us daily updates and pictures, some of which were quite entertaining, arguably some of the better ones we’ve received from Rover sitters! Our dog is incredibly affectionate, and they rose to the occasion with plenty of cuddles!
