Melissa’s family welcomed us at a meet and greet before Juliet’s stay where she got to sniff around and get comfortable. Melissa was very prompt with all communication and I loved all of the photos she sent! Melissa went the extra mile by taking Juliet on hikes, bringing her to pick up her kids at school, and offering to prepare Juliet special food. It was such a valuable experience for our dog to spend time with kids and cats and we know she was well cared for and had so much fun!”

We felt very comfortable leaving Ted in his care from the moment he messaged us back. We are new to the area and had a great routine Rover spot in Ohio.
