“Michell and Tiago took great care of our cat Loona, and the photos and videos we got showed Loona happy and healthy too! Michell was very communicative and kept me in the loop of any updates. I was so reassured by their care for Loona, and would would definitely book again!”
“Jada is excellent. Quick and painless with watching my beloved babies. Toward the end of the visit my VERY standoffish girl that usually stays away from people offered some cuddles which was pretty much a stamp of approval. Attentive, quick, and made sure to come on time to feed my babies. Will be booking again.”

“Breanna went above and beyond with our 8 week puppy. I look forward to the detailed reports and pictures. She responds quickly to questions. Our family plans on booking her for several months. We know our pup will be in good hands.”

“Jacqueline is amazing with our babies! They love her so much and she takes such good care of them every single time she's here. They love her and we love her and she's a freaking rockstar!”

About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up in Linstead Jamaica, my family owned a small farm, where we tended goats and chickens. We also took care of 2 generations of Rottweilers, so for as long as I can remember, I have had pets. Because of this, I’ve gotten to care for dogs of all ages - from newborn to older, in sickness and health. Since moving to Philly in 2016, my family has rescued a Cat (Rocket) and a Shih Tzu (Betty White). Needless to say, if given the opportunity I will make sure to give not only care for, but love your pet! I am currently home full time. Feel free to reach out - I am available early mornings and nights, and for drop ins or house sittings when needed. I am also open to last minute bookings. I live with a family of 4. We live in a home in a very quiet neighborhood near Cobbs creek - with trails and parks within the vicinity. We currently do not have any of our own pets, but any pets we have cared for had the luxury of enjoying outdoors at almost any hour and to meet and play with other pets at different parks. As for drop ins, I will treat your home with the upmost respect.
“Paz did a great job. She pays very close attention to detail, even going so far as to take lots of notes during our meet and greet. My dog is reactive so needs special care around other dogs. Paz followed my directions and safely navigated around the problems. She was also willing to take care of my dog despite having a sudden bout of diarrhea that started the day before her visit. Lots of pictures and excellent communication.”

About: Of course I love animals, but what matters more to me is noticing who your pet actually is. Are they the kind of dog who needs to sniff the same corner for five minutes before moving on? Are they a little shy at first and pretending not to care? Do they get excited easily and need someone calm around them? Are they a cat who wants company, but absolutely not too much company? I really enjoy figuring out those little things. I’m gentle, patient, and very respectful of each pet’s routine. I don’t believe in rushing them or treating every animal the same. Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. I can shape my day around walks, visits, feeding times, play, and quiet company, depending on what each pet needs. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, who is included in the pictures, also helps me out with my Rover schedules. My home is my cat Lilo’s safe little kingdom, so I can’t host other pets here. But I’m very happy to come to your home, meet outside for walks, or figure out a setup that feels easy and comfortable for you and your pet.
About: Hello! :) I've been pet sitting & working with animals for the past decade of my life!! I work with cats as well! But my heart truly loves dogs. What matters to me the most is making sure your pets are happy, healthy, & get their proper care. I do have experience with medication administration. I currently work at a doggy daycare facility as well as a professional dog sitting/walking company! :) NOTE:: I do require a 15-30 minute meet & greet before fully committing to a service. I do this for everyone's safety & to make sure we are a great fit for each other & your pet! FOR BOARDING: I do currently have my own puppy. He's a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel & he's 6 months old. Up-to-date on ALL vaccinations. Super friendly & can handle most situations with other dogs. House, leash, obedience, potty + crate trained! I also have a cat who is dog friendly but spends most of her time sleeping seeing as she is about 12 now! I work at a doggy daycare currently but I like to mainly focus on pet sitting professionally in most of my free time because I genuinely love to connect with dogs one on one. My schedule is extremely flexible! I do own a crate & lots of toys because I currently have my own puppy! I will always communicate with a pet parent before allowing dog boarding in my home. I do have access to plenty of dog parks if needed! As for caring for pets outside of my home, I will always watch for distress signals from pets. I always want to make sure your pet is happy, comfortable & safe. I will NOT push their boundaries unless advised by the owner to do so for medical reasons such as medication.
“We couldn't be happier with the care she provided to our cats. Kia's dedication and attention to detail truly set her apart, making our vacation worry-free and our cats content. She was punctual, provided daily correspondence and photos, and established a routine for our pets, minimizing any stress they might have experienced due to our absence. Kia demonstrated a genuine love for animals, evident in the exceptional care she provided. From cleaning the litter box to ensuring they were well-fed, she went above and beyond to meet our cats' needs. One particularly noteworthy aspect of Kia's service was her willingness to tackle unexpected challenges. Unfortunately, one of our cats had an upset stomach during our absence, leading to an unpleasant mess. Not only did Kia clean up the mess promptly, but she also ensured that the affected area was thoroughly sanitized, leaving our home as clean as she found it. Communication was also a strong point in Kia's service. She kept us informed about each visit, providing updates on our cats' behavior and well-being. This thoughtful gesture helped ease any concerns we had about being so far away from our beloved pets. In concluiosn, Kia's cat sitting services exceeded our expectations. Her reliability, genuine care, and ability to handle unforeseen circumstances make her a top-notch choice for anyone in need of a trustworthy and compassionate cat sitter. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kia to anyone looking for a responsible and caring individual to look after their furry friends. Our cats were in good hands, and we are grateful for the peace of mind she provided during our time away.”

“Elizabeth was a life saver when our plans for drop ins changed last minute. I know my pups were in excellent hands. She took time during out house visit to get to knew our girls and their quirks/ needs.”

About: I’ve been a pet owner/parent since I was a child. I’ve owned Pugs, Frenchies, Rotties, Great Danes and even mixed breeds from puppies to seniors. This has given me the knowledge to understand that all pups are different and may need different attention depending on their stage of life, but rest assured all pups will receive safe, reliable and loving care. At this time caring for your pet is my only job so I’ll have plenty of time to play with and care for your pups! I’m available for boarding with a drop off window between 9:30am and 7:30pm weekdays, with the exception of 5:30-6pm which is typically when I like to feed the pups unless instructed otherwise. I like to allow about an hour and a half of rest after eating for proper digestion before any playtime. Checkout should be no later than 10:00am, or you will be charged the daycare fee for that day and your pet must be picked up by 6pm.. On weekends drop off times are after 2pm but there may be an opportunity for some flexibility that can be discussed if an earlier time is needed. Daycare hours will run 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. “PLEASE NOTE” that all pets must be up to date with shots and flea and tick meds for daycare and boarding. Proof will be required. Your pets safety is very important to me which is why I require dog friendly pets only and no puppies under 5 months. If you are unsure of how your pet will handle boarding I suggest trying a couple days of daycare to get them adjusted. At no time will your pet ever be left alone in the yard or unattended in my home. If something comes up and I need to run an errand, your pet will be crated/pen for safety. I have central air to keep the pets cool and if your pup feels a bit overwhelmed at first while boarding by my resident dogs, I can offer separation if needed.
About: What sets me apart is my calm and gentle demeanor, especially beneficial for anxious or shy pets. I create a peaceful and reassuring environment, helping them feel safe and comfortable. I'm skilled at reading their body language and adapting my approach to their individual needs. I'm also very patient and understanding, giving them the time they need to adjust. I'm experienced in creating a safe and comfortable space, and I am very good at slow introductions. Pet care is a top priority in my daily and weekly routine. I believe in providing consistent care, so I establish regular feeding and walk schedules. I'm also flexible and adapt to each pet's unique needs. Throughout the day, I monitor their behavior and ensure they have fresh water and playtime. I genuinely love spending time with animals and providing them with the best possible care. My approach to pet care is built on providing a safe, happy, and healthy environment for every animal. Here's what that looks like: * Routine and Consistency: I understand the importance of routine, so I strictly follow feeding schedules and exercise plans provided by owners. * Personalized Attention: Every pet is unique, and I tailor my care to their individual needs. Some dogs love fetch, while others prefer gentle cuddles. I take the time to get to know each pet's personality and preferences. For example, with shy cats, I use slow, gentle movements and let them approach me on their own terms.
“This is the second time we have booked Teresa for our senior kitties and they could not be in better hands. They are extremely well cared for when she comes to visit with them and it is a relief to know that she is there. She anticipates needs and communicates them clearly and efficiently. We love having her watch over our cats and hope to book with her again soon.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Drexel Hill
This was our first time working with Raquel, and it went very well. She stopped by to spend an hour with our two dogs, Tate and Penny, well also feeding them and giving them lots of love. Raquel was very good communicator, was on time, and provided photographs of her time with our dogs. We are really excited that we found Raquel and look forward to having her spend more time with our dogs, Tate and Penny in the future. If anyone’s looking for a five star Pet Sitter on Rover Raquel‘s your gal!

I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided for my dog. From the start, she was professional, communicative, and genuinely caring. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog was home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter. You won’t regret choosing her.

Amir was outstanding. He handled two drop-in visits for my dogs, Gizmo and Carter, with total professionalism. Gizmo can be a bit aggressive, but Amir managed him calmly and confidently, earning his trust. Both dogs were walked, fed, and given bathroom breaks exactly as scheduled and instructed. Amir sent clear updates with photos after each visit. He’s reliable, patient, and skilled with different temperaments—Amir is the kind of sitter you can count on every time. I’m so happy I found his profile. Looking forward to future visits with him.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
