“Michael is amazing! He goes above and beyond and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with him dropping in a few times a day. I have never left my dog with someone I didn’t know. He sent pictures during all of his visits and even bought my big guy a new toy which has become his favorite! Michael also took my recycling bins out just to be kind. Truly above and beyond. Thank you for giving my family peace of mind knowing our dog was safe and cared for so we could enjoy vacation!”

We really appreciated the care and attention she gave him, which gave us peace of mind during our trip. We would be happy to have Jacqueline care for our cat again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable pet sitter.”
“Olga did an amazing job with our kitties while we were on vacation! We came back to the litter boxes spotless and two happy and healthy furry friends. There was even a minor logistical issue that came up during her time here that Olga quickly found a solution for on her own and dealt with so we didn't have to worry a bit. I will definitely book Olga next time we're out of town!”

“Michell took great care of my cat while I was gone and communicated about everything and kept it touch and made sure we were all happy would definitely use him again!”

“Andrea did a fantastic job taking care of our two little chihuahua boys. She made us feel comfortable with the way she listened to our instructions, and her calm demeanor helped them warm up to her very quickly. Her visit reports were enjoyable to read, and she sent multiple photos of the boys that brought smiles to our faces. We definitely plan on hiring Andrea again for our future dog sitting needs.”

“Rachel is awesome! My cat Millie loves her. Rachel provided plenty of snuggles and playtime so that she didn’t get lonely while we were gone. She arrived reliably on time each day and even watered my plants. She sent me plenty of photos of my cat and it gave me peace of mind. Thanks Rachel!!”

“Amy was wonderful. She was affectionate and you could tell that she loved animals. She sent pictures of my puppy when she got there and while she was playing . I would recommend Amy and I will use her again.”

About: Of course I love animals, but what matters more to me is noticing who your pet actually is. Are they the kind of dog who needs to sniff the same corner for five minutes before moving on? Are they a little shy at first and pretending not to care? Do they get excited easily and need someone calm around them? Are they a cat who wants company, but absolutely not too much company? I really enjoy figuring out those little things. I’m gentle, patient, and very respectful of each pet’s routine. I don’t believe in rushing them or treating every animal the same. Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. I can shape my day around walks, visits, feeding times, play, and quiet company, depending on what each pet needs. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, who is included in the pictures, also helps me out with my Rover schedules. My home is my cat Lilo’s safe little kingdom, so I can’t host other pets here. But I’m very happy to come to your home, meet outside for walks, or figure out a setup that feels easy and comfortable for you and your pet.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and did over night visits. For friends and family. I also have taken care of puppies that were 6 months. I’m currently working part time at Costco. I normally work night shift and have two days off. I could walk dogs in the morning or at night I normally feed them twice a day once in the morning and the other at night. I would walk them three or four times a day. I would then take them outside to either play or run around in a safe environment.

“Tamikia did a fantastic job taking care of our cat while we were away. She came at the scheduled time and did all that was asked of her and more. She made us feel very comfortable leaving our cat in her care. We enjoyed receiving the daily updates and photos while we were away. We would definitely hire her again!”

About: I’m a dog mom of one dog. I rescued her from Puerto Rico a few years ago. I’ve also assisted in transporting dogs from Puerto Rico to the states. We have an active life and enjoy hiking. I will provide fun and activities for your dog. I can come to your house or the dog comes to my house. If you feel more comfortable with just your dog at my house that can be arranged. I know how some dogs sometimes prefer to be the only pet at home. I currently work at home and available all day. I can provide the constant attention your dog will need. I have a fenced in yard. I will provide multiple walks throughout the day. I can dog sit at your house or my house. I have plenty of parks nearby for walks. There’s also hiking trails nearby. I offer dog baths for an additional fee if interested.
“Linda is simply the best! After trying with several cat sitters (who just weren’t right for one reason or another) I am so glad to have found Linda. She is caring, communicative, and took excellent care of my cranky cat. She went the extra mile in cleanup & left me a lock box to store keys. I wouldn’t dream of hiring anyone else. She makes me want to travel more often! Thank you Linda we hope to see you soon!”

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Breanna! She has known Harper since we moved to Media three years ago, and over that time, she has become such a constant, caring presence in our lives. She has followed us through one house move and even two pregnancies, always showing Harper the same incredible level of love and attention. Breanna goes so far above and beyond what you could ever expect from a dog walker. Her updates and notes show just how closely she pays attention to Harper and how genuinely invested she is in her well-being. We always feel completely confident knowing Harper is in her care. And somehow, she manages to make our lives a little easier, too. She’ll bring in our mail and packages, and on more than one occasion, she’s even put away a loaf of bread I accidentally left sitting on the counter after a hectic morning with my two boys. Breanna is reliable, kind, attentive, trustworthy, and truly treats Harper like her own. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will care for their dog with their whole heart. Harper absolutely adores her, and so do we!

Callie came for a meet and greet. My dog was belly up and waggy very quickly. We decided immediately that we found our sitter. She is bubbly and eager and has good attention to detail. I have a few rules.. they were followed explicitly. We have decided to do weekly drop ins leading up to an overnight. Callie has been here and our pup loved her time with her. I can relax knowing she’s in good hands

Madeline was fantastic for caring for our dog Mason. We had a great meet and greet and she brought treats that Mason instantly fell in love. Madeline provided great progress reports and dropped in on Mason at the scheduled times. We appreciate her care and attention she gave Mason and will book her again!

Jacqueline 🐕🦺🐾 was great. While I was away, she took time out of her schedule to check on both my cat and dog. They both enjoyed our company very much. She was kind, timely, and responsive to all of my messages. I look forward to working with her again in the near future.

This was our first time working with Raquel, and it went very well. She stopped by to spend an hour with our two dogs, Tate and Penny, well also feeding them and giving them lots of love. Raquel was very good communicator, was on time, and provided photographs of her time with our dogs. We are really excited that we found Raquel and look forward to having her spend more time with our dogs, Tate and Penny in the future. If anyone’s looking for a five star Pet Sitter on Rover Raquel‘s your gal!

I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided for my dog. From the start, she was professional, communicative, and genuinely caring. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog was home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter. You won’t regret choosing her.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
