She’ll bring in our mail and packages, and on more than one occasion, she’s even put away a loaf of bread I accidentally left sitting on the counter after a hectic morning with my two boys. Callie came for a meet and greet. My dog was belly up and waggy very quickly. We decided immediately that we found our sitter. She is bubbly and eager and has good attention to detail. I have a few rules.. they were followed explicitly. We have decided to do weekly drop ins leading up to an overnight. Callie has been here and our pup loved her time with her. Olga did an amazing job with our kitties while we were on vacation! We came back to the litter boxes spotless and two happy and healthy furry friends. There was even a minor logistical issue that came up during her time here that Olga quickly found a solution for on her own and dealt with so we didn't have to worry a bit. I will definitely book Olga next time we're out of town!
Robyn is an absolute delight to us! She takes her job even more seriously than I could expect, and goes above and beyond in all ways. She is so good at caring for all our pets, kitty, toad, and turtle. Then she gives corn to the deer that come through our property! She follows every instruction perfectly, and is extra conscientious. We are so happy to have her help us when we are away!
Helena did a great job taking care of our two cats for a week. She came at the agreed-upon time each day, gave them lots of love, pets, and playtime, and sent us pictures that helped us not miss them quite as much; although that’s hard, of course! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
