“Caroline went above and beyond for us when our vacation turned tragic with the sudden illness and passing of my grandmother-in-law that required multiple changes of plans to accommodate the changing situation. She was extremely flexible when our vet informed us that she recommends daily visits rather than every two days after a behavioural checkup right before our trip. Then, there was Grandma’s situation, where Caroline quickly accommodated adding one more day, and then, as the situation progressed, went to great lengths to ensure we were covered no matter what for an additional 3 days. Not only that, but she gave Lucy plenty of love and ensured she was well taken-care-of. To top it all off, she also took the cutest photos and brought in our packages. House was super clean when we got back. We’ll definitely be using her again”
About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since / was 25. Taking care of an animal is giving more color to life and making it happier. I'm always available after 3pm. I always have my day off on Friday and Saturday, totally free. I don't have children and I love animals. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and did over night visits. For friends and family. I also have taken care of puppies that were 6 months. I’m currently working part time at Costco. I normally work night shift and have two days off. I could walk dogs in the morning or at night I normally feed them twice a day once in the morning and the other at night. I would walk them three or four times a day. I would then take them outside to either play or run around in a safe environment.

Barbara and Austin were fantastic with our cats, Baylor and Bentley. I take my cats' care very seriously, and this was the first time I had ever hired a petsitter outside of family. They came by a few weeks ahead of time to meet us, and more specifically, our cat Baylor, who is diabetic and on a strict care routine. By the end of our meeting, I was confident that my boys would be in good hands. And they were! During their visit, Baylor safely received his glucose check, feeding, and medicine. What impressed me even more was that they managed to win over Bentley, who is extremely shy and almost never comes out for strangers. The fact that he felt comfortable enough to come out for them speaks volumes. I was genuinely surprised. Bentley is usually afraid of his own shadow. Barbara was very responsive to all of my messages, and also sent an update with photos after their visit. She and Austin are reliable, patient, and kind. Most importantly, Baylor and Bentley were comfortable, too! They will certainly be our first choice the next time we need a reliable caregiver for our boys.
Meghan took great care of our dog, Tucker, while we were away for a long weekend. She was reliable, easy to work with, and kept us informed with helpful updates after each visit. Most importantly, she was very caring and attentive to our boy, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We look forward to working with her again in the future!

This was our first time working with Raquel, and it went very well. She stopped by to spend an hour with our two dogs, Tate and Penny, well also feeding them and giving them lots of love. Robyn was absolutely phenomenal! I was going away on a work trip and feeling a bit anxious about leaving my kitties for an extended period of time as I was going cross-country. This was the first time I was doing this along with using a cat sitter. At the suggestion of a dear friend, I signed up for Rover and Robyn put me at ease immediately. From our first meetup, I knew I made a great decision. She was very thorough in taking pictures and checking in with me and also followed my directions I left for her. I also noted her thoughtfulness and attention to detail and care. She treated my cats with dignity and love and even my dad was in awe of what a great job she was doing in my absence.
