“Caroline went above and beyond for us when our vacation turned tragic with the sudden illness and passing of my grandmother-in-law that required multiple changes of plans to accommodate the changing situation. She was extremely flexible when our vet informed us that she recommends daily visits rather than every two days after a behavioural checkup right before our trip. Then, there was Grandma’s situation, where Caroline quickly accommodated adding one more day, and then, as the situation progressed, went to great lengths to ensure we were covered no matter what for an additional 3 days. Not only that, but she gave Lucy plenty of love and ensured she was well taken-care-of. To top it all off, she also took the cutest photos and brought in our packages. House was super clean when we got back. We’ll definitely be using her again”

About: I’ve owned dogs for the past 10 years. I helped raise my family’s dog and then got a puppy of my own at the end of 2023! I’m a very active person and absolutely love walking and running. Whether you've got an energetic dog that needs a lot of exercise or a relaxed dog (or cat!) that enjoys a chill stroll, I'm ready for it! My schedule during the day is very open right now, looking to fill it with lots of walks and games of fetch! My weekends and evenings tend to be a bit busier, but I can accommodate special requests if you let me know in advance! I’m happy to provide what ever care your dog needs in your home. Whether that is walks or simple play and pet time, I’m happy to be there.

And somehow, she manages to make our lives a little easier, too. She’ll bring in our mail and packages, and on more than one occasion, she’s even put away a loaf of bread I accidentally left sitting on the counter after a hectic morning with my two boys. Breanna is reliable, kind, attentive, trustworthy, and truly treats Harper like her own. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will care for their dog with their whole heart. Harper absolutely adores her, and so do we!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
