They came by a few weeks ahead of time to meet us, and more specifically, our cat Baylor, who is diabetic and on a strict care routine. By the end of our meeting, I was confident that my boys would be in good hands. And they were! During their visit, Baylor safely received his glucose check, feeding, and medicine. What impressed me even more was that they managed to win over Bentley, who is extremely shy and almost never comes out for strangers. The fact that he felt comfortable enough to come out for them speaks volumes. I was genuinely surprised. Bentley is usually afraid of his own shadow. Barbara was very responsive to all of my messages, and also sent an update with photos after their visit. She and Austin are reliable, patient, and kind. Most importantly, Baylor and Bentley were comfortable, too! They will certainly be our first choice the next time we need a reliable caregiver for our boys.”
