What impressed me even more was that they managed to win over Bentley, who is extremely shy and almost never comes out for strangers. The fact that he felt comfortable enough to come out for them speaks volumes. I was genuinely surprised. Bentley is usually afraid of his own shadow. Barbara was very responsive to all of my messages, and also sent an update with photos after their visit. She and Austin are reliable, patient, and kind. Jacqueline was a very responsible Rover drop in sitter. She came twice a day to feed, scoop litter boxes and play with my 18 month old orange tabby. She was always here at the specified time and always reported back to me right away.
