“Caroline went above and beyond for us when our vacation turned tragic with the sudden illness and passing of my grandmother-in-law that required multiple changes of plans to accommodate the changing situation. She was extremely flexible when our vet informed us that she recommends daily visits rather than every two days after a behavioural checkup right before our trip. Then, there was Grandma’s situation, where Caroline quickly accommodated adding one more day, and then, as the situation progressed, went to great lengths to ensure we were covered no matter what for an additional 3 days. Not only that, but she gave Lucy plenty of love and ensured she was well taken-care-of. To top it all off, she also took the cutest photos and brought in our packages. House was super clean when we got back. We’ll definitely be using her again”

Your pets routine is the most important thing to me! I am more than willing to work with the client on the best time! Whatever I need to do to keep your dog happy, healthy, and safe is my top priority. If your pet is comfortable in the crate, then I will use the crate. I do not feel comfortable bringing your dog to a dog park.

We went away for 7 days to the Caribbean and we asked her to come over for 5 of the 7 days to look after our 2 4-month old kittens. She came over everyday and fed them, changed their water, maintained the liter boxes and even found time to play with them. The best part is she gave a detailed report of what was going on each day that included tons of photos of our kittens. Over the 5 days, she took over 50 pictures for us (13 of them in one day). She made us feel so secure and comfortable while we were away knowing our furry babies were well looked after that we were able to have a super vacation free from worry.
