She was extremely flexible when our vet informed us that she recommends daily visits rather than every two days after a behavioural checkup right before our trip. Then, there was Grandma’s situation, where Caroline quickly accommodated adding one more day, and then, as the situation progressed, went to great lengths to ensure we were covered no matter what for an additional 3 days. Not only that, but she gave Lucy plenty of love and ensured she was well taken-care-of. To top it all off, she also took the cutest photos and brought in our packages. House was super clean when we got back. We’ll definitely be using her again”

Your pets routine is the most important thing to me! I am more than willing to work with the client on the best time! Whatever I need to do to keep your dog happy, healthy, and safe is my top priority. If your pet is comfortable in the crate, then I will use the crate. I do not feel comfortable bringing your dog to a dog park.

About: I’ve have dealt with many different animals at a very young age! I have watched animals for my friends and for family members are always happy with the fact they can come home and see their fur babies taken care of! I only work two days a week so my schedule is very open for playing and of taking care of your fur babies while you’re away! About: I have been fostering puppies for over a year. I have walked, bathed, fed, and made sure that all my dogs have the TLC they need to to feel loved. I am currently full time but I am available in the morning time to drop in to let you pup out or feed your cat. I work right in the ridley area. At my house, both dogs are crated when we are not home and we have a fenced in yard for them to go out to use the bathroom. In clients homes, I am happy to let your pup out of their crates and give them what they need such as a walk, playtime in a fenced in yard, feed and if needed bathe and nail trim. Barbara and Austin were fantastic with our cats, Baylor and Bentley. I take my cats' care very seriously, and this was the first time I had ever hired a petsitter outside of family. They came by a few weeks ahead of time to meet us, and more specifically, our cat Baylor, who is diabetic and on a strict care routine. By the end of our meeting, I was confident that my boys would be in good hands. And they were! During their visit, Baylor safely received his glucose check, feeding, and medicine. What impressed me even more was that they managed to win over Bentley, who is extremely shy and almost never comes out for strangers. The fact that he felt comfortable enough to come out for them speaks volumes. I was genuinely surprised. Bentley is usually afraid of his own shadow. Barbara was very responsive to all of my messages, and also sent an update with photos after their visit. She and Austin are reliable, patient, and kind. Most importantly, Baylor and Bentley were comfortable, too! They will certainly be our first choice the next time we need a reliable caregiver for our boys.
This was our first time working with Raquel, and it went very well. She stopped by to spend an hour with our two dogs, Tate and Penny, well also feeding them and giving them lots of love. Raquel was very good communicator, was on time, and provided photographs of her time with our dogs. We are really excited that we found Raquel and look forward to having her spend more time with our dogs, Tate and Penny in the future. Robyn was absolutely phenomenal! I was going away on a work trip and feeling a bit anxious about leaving my kitties for an extended period of time as I was going cross-country. This was the first time I was doing this along with using a cat sitter. At the suggestion of a dear friend, I signed up for Rover and Robyn put me at ease immediately. From our first meetup, I knew I made a great decision. She was very thorough in taking pictures and checking in with me and also followed my directions I left for her. I also noted her thoughtfulness and attention to detail and care. She treated my cats with dignity and love and even my dad was in awe of what a great job she was doing in my absence. I will definitely use Robyn’s services again! She is a gem and Rover is so lucky to have her!
Olivia was wonderful and helped keep our minds at ease while we were away. This is the longest trip we’ve taken and were reassured with daily check-in photos and details on our cats.
