“This was my first time leaving my dog, Aldo, for such a long period, so I was honestly a bit nervous at first. The first couple of days were the hardest for me, and I found myself checking in often. Donte was very understanding and kept me updated, which really helped. After the first few days, I started receiving regular videos, pictures, and even video calls, and that made a huge difference. I could see Aldo was not just okay, he was actually having a great time. He’s normally the only dog at home, but during his stay, he had other dogs to interact with and played and enjoyed himself. It honestly felt like he was the one on vacation, not me. Aldo is a 12-year-old senior dog and can be a picky eater, so I was concerned about how he would adjust. Donte was very patient with him and made sure he was comfortable. When I picked him up, Aldo was completely himself, calm, normal, and clearly well taken care of. That meant a lot to me. I also really appreciated the home environment. There were always people around, which helped Aldo feel more at ease since he’s used to that at home. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care and attention Aldo received. You can tell Donte genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. About: Hello! Meet a terrier trapped in a human body. I am an absolute lover of all dogs from the cutest little teacup to the biggest mastiff. I have always had a dog throughout my adult life. My past dogs have been adopted as puppies and as adult rescues, each of which requires a unique set of skills and responsiveness. You can trust that whether you have an energetic bundle of playfullness or a reserved, quiet couch buddy, they will receive an abundance of love and care from me. About: I’ve had two of my own dogs and fostered 4 puppies. I’m definitely a hands off kind of sitter, i let the dog come to me on their own terms. I have had high and low energy dogs and enjoy both. I adore dogs and need them in my life but i don’t want to my own right now. Your dog helps me keep my day moving. I have a door to the patio outside of my office/bedroom. The only issue would be dogs who can’t do stairs. We have a pee spot in the patio if it’s really bad weather.

About: I’ve been a pet owner/parent since I was a child. I’ve owned Pugs, Frenchies, Rotties, Great Danes and even mixed breeds from puppies to seniors. This has given me the knowledge to understand that all pups are different and may need different attention depending on their stage of life, but rest assured all pups will receive safe, reliable and loving care. At this time caring for your pet is my only job so I’ll have plenty of time to play with and care for your pups! I’m available for boarding with a drop off window between 9:30am and 7:30pm weekdays, with the exception of 5:30-6pm which is typically when I like to feed the pups unless instructed otherwise. I like to allow about an hour and a half of rest after eating for proper digestion before any playtime. Checkout should be no later than 10:00am, or you will be charged the daycare fee for that day and your pet must be picked up by 6pm.. On weekends drop off times are after 2pm but there may be an opportunity for some flexibility that can be discussed if an earlier time is needed. Daycare hours will run 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. “PLEASE NOTE” that all pets must be up to date with shots and flea and tick meds for daycare and boarding. Proof will be required. Your pets safety is very important to me which is why I require dog friendly pets only and no puppies under 5 months. If you are unsure of how your pet will handle boarding I suggest trying a couple days of daycare to get them adjusted. At no time will your pet ever be left alone in the yard or unattended in my home. If something comes up and I need to run an errand, your pet will be crated/pen for safety. I have central air to keep the pets cool and if your pup feels a bit overwhelmed at first while boarding by my resident dogs, I can offer separation if needed.

We have crates, beds, and plenty of treats and toys. We also have a huge fenced-in yard where we can play fetch and run around. I believe dogs need to be stimulated mentally and physically. In addition to getting good exercise through daily walks, I also have lots of toys and balls, sniff mats, lick mats, and food puzzles. About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life I've had to attend dog behavioral training classes with multiple dogs over the years of owning them with family. As an adult I've never had the privilege of owning my own dog only cats. But I've always been the one to help family members when they go away walks & pet siting. I work in the elder care system but trying to find a balance of Harmony. About: I’ve had two of my own dogs and fostered 4 puppies. I’m definitely a hands off kind of sitter, i let the dog come to me on their own terms. I have had high and low energy dogs and enjoy both. I adore dogs and need them in my life but i don’t want to my own right now. Your dog helps me keep my day moving. I have a door to the patio outside of my office/bedroom. The only issue would be dogs who can’t do stairs. We have a pee spot in the patio if it’s really bad weather.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, as have my friends and family, so I’ve been surrounded by them for years! Both dogs and cats. More recently, I have been cat sitting just because two of my best friends have cats (4 in total) so whenever they go away, I jump on the opportunity to watch them! I’m comfortable spending quality time, feeding, and playing with them; keeping litter boxes fresh; and even cleaning up if that’s something that’s necessary. My family dog is part pit so she’s very strong-chested which makes walking her a challenge but that just means I have the ability to walk a challenging dog. I’ve learned to slow down on my walks with her lately because those walks are really the only time she gets to explore the world so I let her take her time and I’ll let your furry friends do the same 🐾 I know how much our pets mean to us, so I’ll always treat yours like family and make sure they get plenty of love and attention on my watch! I’m currently working freelance, which means I don’t have a set schedule and can work around pretty much anything. I will have plenty of time to walk dogs/do pop-ins at any time of the day, even if you are in need of some help last-minute! I am very attentive when caring for the pets in my life! They all have their individual needs. When I'm walking my dog, I am always watching our surroundings & will cross the street if another dog is coming our way to keep some distance, especially since my girl is sometimes reactive. With the cats, I also pay close attention to things... like eating habits for example. The one friend I catsit for has three cats: one of which is picky to begin with and the other two who like to steal her food so I keep a watchful eye every time they eat to make sure everyone is getting to eat in peace!

“This was my first time leaving my dog, Aldo, for such a long period, so I was honestly a bit nervous at first. The first couple of days were the hardest for me, and I found myself checking in often. Donte was very understanding and kept me updated, which really helped. After the first few days, I started receiving regular videos, pictures, and even video calls, and that made a huge difference. I could see Aldo was not just okay, he was actually having a great time. He’s normally the only dog at home, but during his stay, he had other dogs to interact with and played and enjoyed himself. It honestly felt like he was the one on vacation, not me. Aldo is a 12-year-old senior dog and can be a picky eater, so I was concerned about how he would adjust. Donte was very patient with him and made sure he was comfortable. When I picked him up, Aldo was completely himself, calm, normal, and clearly well taken care of. That meant a lot to me. I also really appreciated the home environment. There were always people around, which helped Aldo feel more at ease since he’s used to that at home. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care and attention Aldo received. You can tell Donte genuinely cares about the dogs he watches.
