“Caroline went above and beyond for us when our vacation turned tragic with the sudden illness and passing of my grandmother-in-law that required multiple changes of plans to accommodate the changing situation. She was extremely flexible when our vet informed us that she recommends daily visits rather than every two days after a behavioural checkup right before our trip. Then, there was Grandma’s situation, where Caroline quickly accommodated adding one more day, and then, as the situation progressed, went to great lengths to ensure we were covered no matter what for an additional 3 days. Not only that, but she gave Lucy plenty of love and ensured she was well taken-care-of. To top it all off, she also took the cutest photos and brought in our packages. House was super clean when we got back. We’ll definitely be using her again”

Your pets routine is the most important thing to me! I am more than willing to work with the client on the best time! Whatever I need to do to keep your dog happy, healthy, and safe is my top priority. If your pet is comfortable in the crate, then I will use the crate. I do not feel comfortable bringing your dog to a dog park.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and did over night visits. For friends and family. I also have taken care of puppies that were 6 months. I’m currently working part time at Costco. I normally work night shift and have two days off. I could walk dogs in the morning or at night I normally feed them twice a day once in the morning and the other at night. I would walk them three or four times a day. I would then take them outside to either play or run around in a safe environment.

I am very dedicated to the wellbeing and care of animals and have done research for every animal i've owned to make sure it was given the proper care and attention it needed, and your pet would be no exception. I work about 20 hours every week, but i have a very flexible schedule, usually only working in the mornings till around 2pm, giving me plenty of time to care for animals as i go through my online schooling. About: I’ve always been an animal lover and dog-owner, and have always taken care of my pets like they were my kids! My very first dog Rascal was my heart and soul. I nursed him through tummy aches and anxiety, and eventually through Cushings disease, diabetes, and cancer. After some time had passed, I welcomed two new puppies into my home, Trouble and Lucky. Barbara and Austin were fantastic with our cats, Baylor and Bentley. I take my cats' care very seriously, and this was the first time I had ever hired a petsitter outside of family. They came by a few weeks ahead of time to meet us, and more specifically, our cat Baylor, who is diabetic and on a strict care routine. By the end of our meeting, I was confident that my boys would be in good hands. And they were! During their visit, Baylor safely received his glucose check, feeding, and medicine. What impressed me even more was that they managed to win over Bentley, who is extremely shy and almost never comes out for strangers. The fact that he felt comfortable enough to come out for them speaks volumes. I was genuinely surprised. Bentley is usually afraid of his own shadow. Barbara was very responsive to all of my messages, and also sent an update with photos after their visit. She and Austin are reliable, patient, and kind. Most importantly, Baylor and Bentley were comfortable, too! They will certainly be our first choice the next time we need a reliable caregiver for our boys.
Meghan took great care of our dog, Tucker, while we were away for a long weekend. She was reliable, easy to work with, and kept us informed with helpful updates after each visit. Most importantly, she was very caring and attentive to our boy, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We look forward to working with her again in the future!

Robyn was absolutely phenomenal! I was going away on a work trip and feeling a bit anxious about leaving my kitties for an extended period of time as I was going cross-country. This was the first time I was doing this along with using a cat sitter. At the suggestion of a dear friend, I signed up for Rover and Robyn put me at ease immediately. From our first meetup, I knew I made a great decision. She was very thorough in taking pictures and checking in with me and also followed my directions I left for her. I also noted her thoughtfulness and attention to detail and care. She treated my cats with dignity and love and even my dad was in awe of what a great job she was doing in my absence. I will definitely use Robyn’s services again! She is a gem and Rover is so lucky to have her!
Olivia was wonderful and helped keep our minds at ease while we were away. This is the longest trip we’ve taken and were reassured with daily check-in photos and details on our cats. Olivia is always quick to respond and was so wonderful to work with. She provided so many photos that truly highlighted how well the cats were cared for a while we were away. Amberleigh did a great job with Luna and was very nice to work with. Very communicative and took great pictures. Gave us important updates about how she was doing and how her visits went. Really cared about Luna and took the time to play and spend time with her. Flexible and willing to work with us for Luna’s needs.
Chelsea and John were very considerate, kind, and took really great care of my pup!! Even helped me out in a bind during the snow storm. My pup was a happy camper and I was relieved to have someone watch her during the unplanned snow storm. I will definitely use their services again.
