She was extremely flexible when our vet informed us that she recommends daily visits rather than every two days after a behavioural checkup right before our trip. Then, there was Grandma’s situation, where Caroline quickly accommodated adding one more day, and then, as the situation progressed, went to great lengths to ensure we were covered no matter what for an additional 3 days. Not only that, but she gave Lucy plenty of love and ensured she was well taken-care-of. To top it all off, she also took the cutest photos and brought in our packages. House was super clean when we got back. We’ll definitely be using her again”

Barb went so far above and beyond to care for them—giving one of them oral meds at the last minute, preparing treat toys for them at her visits, perfectly following their feeding arrangement and sending tons of sweet photos. She offered to take our trash and recycling out without us asking, collected our mail, watered our plants and made sure that an important package was picked up quickly from our porch. About: I have experience with many animals from working at a vet in the past. I have owned cats and a dog. I have pet sit for several families including caring for a bunny I currently work part time so I have lots of availability to care for your pets. Besides caring for my own pets I have cared for several families pets while they were away I can make several drop ins during the day to care for your pets. About: I’ve had pets my whole life, as have my friends and family, so I’ve been surrounded by them for years! Both dogs and cats. More recently, I have been cat sitting just because two of my best friends have cats (4 in total) so whenever they go away, I jump on the opportunity to watch them! I’m comfortable spending quality time, feeding, and playing with them; keeping litter boxes fresh; and even cleaning up if that’s something that’s necessary. My family dog is part pit so she’s very strong-chested which makes walking her a challenge but that just means I have the ability to walk a challenging dog. I’ve learned to slow down on my walks with her lately because those walks are really the only time she gets to explore the world so I let her take her time and I’ll let your furry friends do the same 🐾 I know how much our pets mean to us, so I’ll always treat yours like family and make sure they get plenty of love and attention on my watch! I’m currently working freelance, which means I don’t have a set schedule and can work around pretty much anything. I will have plenty of time to walk dogs/do pop-ins at any time of the day, even if you are in need of some help last-minute! I am very attentive when caring for the pets in my life! They all have their individual needs. When I'm walking my dog, I am always watching our surroundings & will cross the street if another dog is coming our way to keep some distance, especially since my girl is sometimes reactive. With the cats, I also pay close attention to things... like eating habits for example. The one friend I catsit for has three cats: one of which is picky to begin with and the other two who like to steal her food so I keep a watchful eye every time they eat to make sure everyone is getting to eat in peace!

Rachel was an amazing sitter for my cats! My eldest recently became diabetic and this was the first time I left him since his diagnosis. She came on time every day, twice a day to give him his insulin and sent lots of pictures which gave me reassurance. Highly recommend!

Breanna is reliable, kind, attentive, trustworthy, and truly treats Harper like her own. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will care for their dog with their whole heart. Robyn is an absolute delight to us! She takes her job even more seriously than I could expect, and goes above and beyond in all ways. She is so good at caring for all our pets, kitty, toad, and turtle. Then she gives corn to the deer that come through our property! She follows every instruction perfectly, and is extra conscientious. We are so happy to have her help us when we are away!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
