“Khai is a true cat whisperer, I'm glad I found her! I boarded my pet kitten Yuzu with Khai over Thanksgiving and was completely satisfied with the experience. Khai has a fully-equipped apartment to accommodate cats and Yuzu was visibly very comfortable, engaged and content during her stay. I especially appreciated the daily photo and video updates, which made our time apart much more bearable. Khai is completely professional and will love your kitty like her own. “Donte boarded my senior German Shepherd for 5 days including Christmas Day. She was well cared for, receiving her medications twice a day to manage her hip arthritis and pain from IVDD. She came home rested and without any signs of over exertion, which can be difficult to manage while other dogs are boarded. My only concern was that I had become used to Rover hires providing a daily update; I had not explicitly asked for this and Donte sent one unprompted update (on Christmas), but he was very quick to respond when I reached out to check in on her. He also offered an important observation at pick up about the length of my dogs back toenails, indicating careful attention to the dog’s wellbeing.”

Paloma was fantastic and her family is wonderful. She arranged a meet and greet for her big fluff of a dog and my tiny dachshund. They got along great. My dog was happy and comfortable and relaxed when I picked him up. He had a great time emptying their toy box! I will book again.
This was our first time using Rover after having used PetsMart hotel for years, and we can definitely say we will probably never go back. Sam was so reassuring that Bentley would be in good hands and we can tell from all of the updates we received, that we picked the right person. The kids loved seeing the update pictures with messages from Bentley. We will absolutely be booking with Sam in the future. He was the absolute best!!

Saya and David are absolutely incredible pet sitters! They sent us plenty of updates about Cricket’s stay. They also were so wonderfully kind to her; snuggling her, playing fetch, basically treating her like she was their own family member. I’ve never felt so safe leaving my pup before!
Cartier accepted us last minute when our plans changed and quickly set up a meet and greet. She is excellent with communication and super fast with responding. She kept us informed throughout the time we were away with pictures and updates. We have two geriatric, special needs dogs and she handled everything they needed perfectly. We all adore her and would definitely rebook, and highly recommend her.
Sarah was amazing! She was incredibly accommodating with our last minute booking and made the whole experience so easy. Our boy had the best time playing with her dog, Kobe! Sarah kept us updated throughout his stay and sent lots of pictures, which we really appreciated. He came home happy, well cared for, and completely worn out from all the playing and excitement!
