It showed he was really interested in providing the care they needed especially for our 9 year Lab that had special mealtime needs. Brian has a great set up in his house for dogs including a nice fenced in yard which was a real treat for our two. His dogs and the other dogs he watched were terrific playmates for ours. Paloma was fantastic and her family is wonderful. She arranged a meet and greet for her big fluff of a dog and my tiny dachshund. They got along great. My dog was happy and comfortable and relaxed when I picked him up. He had a great time emptying their toy box! I will book again.
This was our first time using Rover after having used PetsMart hotel for years, and we can definitely say we will probably never go back. Sam was so reassuring that Bentley would be in good hands and we can tell from all of the updates we received, that we picked the right person. Saya and David are absolutely incredible pet sitters! They sent us plenty of updates about Cricket’s stay. They also were so wonderfully kind to her; snuggling her, playing fetch, basically treating her like she was their own family member. I’ve never felt so safe leaving my pup before!
Cartier accepted us last minute when our plans changed and quickly set up a meet and greet. She is excellent with communication and super fast with responding. She kept us informed throughout the time we were away with pictures and updates. We have two geriatric, special needs dogs and she handled everything they needed perfectly. We all adore her and would definitely rebook, and highly recommend her.
Sarah was amazing! She was incredibly accommodating with our last minute booking and made the whole experience so easy. Our boy had the best time playing with her dog, Kobe!
