My childhood dog lived to be 15 years old, and I was there to help care for him throughout his life, especially in his senior years when he needed extra support. He was truly my best friend and taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and attentive care. Today, I care for my own dog and cat every day by feeding them, giving them attention, and making sure they are happy and healthy. I walk my dog before and after work and throughout the day as needed, and I enjoy spending quality time playing with both my dog and cat. I have a genuine love for animals, but dog walking is something I especially enjoy. About: I have always had at least one cat my whole life and since I was 10 years old, one (to several) dogs. Spending time with my dogs and husband is my favorite activity. I also have experience with guinea pigs, hamsters, and turtles. I work a full-time job from home and I am able to make my own schedule, I just need some heads up to accommodate a schedule change. I love my full time job, however, it is a desk job and I am really looking to get out more and would love to enjoy some walks with your dog! I am happy to do a meet and greet so that both you and your pup can feel comfortable with me and I know all of the important details to keep them safe and happy.

About: Of course I love animals, but what matters more to me is noticing who your pet actually is. Are they the kind of dog who needs to sniff the same corner for five minutes before moving on? Are they a little shy at first and pretending not to care? Do they get excited easily and need someone calm around them? Are they a cat who wants company, but absolutely not too much company? I really enjoy figuring out those little things. I’m gentle, patient, and very respectful of each pet’s routine. I don’t believe in rushing them or treating every animal the same. Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. I can shape my day around walks, visits, feeding times, play, and quiet company, depending on what each pet needs. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, who is included in the pictures, also helps me out with my Rover schedules. My home is my cat Lilo’s safe little kingdom, so I can’t host other pets here. But I’m very happy to come to your home, meet outside for walks, or figure out a setup that feels easy and comfortable for you and your pet.
