Not only is her home so perfect for dogs (a big backyard?! such a treat!), her demeanor and understanding of dog behavior makes her one of the best. When we had our meet-and-greet my pups instantly starting showing signs of being relaxed (playing with toys and eating bones which never happens at new places) and kept going up to Christin for pets and love. Christin provided ample updates and photos and was super understanding of the quirks and difficulties of caring for a senior pup. Donte was very understanding and kept me updated, which really helped. After the first few days, I started receiving regular videos, pictures, and even video calls, and that made a huge difference. I could see Aldo was not just okay, he was actually having a great time. He’s normally the only dog at home, but during his stay, he had other dogs to interact with and played and enjoyed himself. It honestly felt like he was the one on vacation, not me. Aldo is a 12-year-old senior dog and can be a picky eater, so I was concerned about how he would adjust. Donte was very patient with him and made sure he was comfortable. When I picked him up, Aldo was completely himself, calm, normal, and clearly well taken care of. That meant a lot to me. I also really appreciated the home environment. There were always people around, which helped Aldo feel more at ease since he’s used to that at home. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care and attention Aldo received. You can tell Donte genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. I would definitely trust him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.
I will def be using Tamikia again! I thought my dog was going to have anxiety from separation and not being used to other dogs but from the photos and videos that was sent to me Kaya was having a ball. She enjoyed her time and I liked that Tamikia kept be updated with everything. I highly recommend!
Barbara was such an amazing host to our puppy Astra! She sent over plenty of pictures and a wonderful video of our pup playing with her dogs. Astra had a great time and came home absolutely exhausted which is a rare sight. Looking forward to booking with her again!
