Boarding her has become more and more fraught these past couple years, which is why I was so excited to find Erin on Rover. When we had our meet and greet before going on vacation, our dog was legit disappointed when Erin left after 30 minutes! It was readily apparent that Erin has a genuine love for and knack with older dogs such that I knew she'd be perfect for our special needs doggo. Dropping our dog off before vacation is generally pretty stressful for all involved, but not with Erin--after spending 30 minutes getting our pupper settled, she was calm and not stressed about me leaving at all. That was a first! Erin was also very communicative while we were away. She provided loads of pictures and videos along with fun updates about how they were doing and any questions she had about our doggo's quirky behavior. Best of all, it was clear to me that Erin truly cared about our pup as much as we do. If I could give Erin more than five stars I would. We had such a great experience with Tamikia! We appreciate her amazing communication, flexibility, and overall kind nature for our sweet Milo. We can tell she truly love and care for Milo just as much as we do. She also sent picture updates of how he was doing, which helped us feel so at ease knowing that he was having a fun time. Our dog can be highly energetic, but we can tell he had a great time playing all day because as soon as we got home he went straight to bed lol! 10/10 would recommend.
Shelby and Robbie were a great place to leave our two dogs for an extended time. One has some serious anxiety towards other dogs and they handled the situation and came up with a plan for her. They let us know how they were doing and we are thankful for them! Would use them again!
I had no doubt upon our first meeting that Dakota would have a very comfortable loving stay with Chrissy. She sent a ton of pictures and videos along the way, which was super nice to get while traveling so far away! I can’t wait for Chrissy and Dakota to hang out again! No
Tara took good care of my boy for 5 days. He doesnt take to everyone and it had been 2 years since the last time he needed a sitter so Tara allowed 2 meet and greets to make sure it was a good fit. She eased my mind with updates and pics and shared that he followed her around so I knew he took to her. He was in happy spirits when I picked him up. I could tell it was a good stay for him which made me very happy.
First I used Sharna at the last minute on an holiday weekend and she and her family welcomed Poc and Poki with open arms and took them right into her home. She treated them as if they were her own. Sharna played with them and walked them every day. Poc and Poki were so happy there they didn’t want to leave when I picked them up. I would refer everyone to her if they want their pets cared for properly !
Dana is a great listener, followed our every expectations & then some. The pictures received didn't even look like the pugs were even over @ another home, which made us feel so relieved & relaxed🥰🤗. You could tell they were really cared for & loved as if they were her owned.
Saya and David are absolutely incredible pet sitters! They sent us plenty of updates about Cricket’s stay. They also were so wonderfully kind to her; snuggling her, playing fetch, basically treating her like she was their own family member. I’ve never felt so safe leaving my pup before!
I was very happy with Mario!He's a gem! He did everything he could to make sure my 2 dogs Poc and Poki were comfortable! They were so relaxed when I arrived to get them. Poki can be anxious at times but with Mario he was not anxious! I am hoping to have Mario watch them again in 2 weeks because he took such good care of them!
