Tara was so great to work with! I felt comfortable confirming a stay with her as soon as we had the meet and greet with her and her daughter. And then she responded quickly to texts and sent updates with photos throughout the stay. My dog was happy and healthy when I picked her up and wasn’t in any rush to leave :) I hope to be a repeat client.
Leaving my fur baby with Michell and his husband was a smooth and easy process . Michell was very accommodating and communicated with me throughout the stay. I do wish I received videos but the pictures sufficed. Stache wanted to play with the big dogs and not the ones his size 😩😩… overall it was a pleasant booking. I was nervous as this was my first time.
We’re so grateful for Ms. Patricia! She takes excellent care of Blizz whenever we travel and always gives us peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands. She’s attentive, caring, and treats him like family. On our most recent trip, we had unexpected car trouble that delayed our pickup, and she was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Appa had a great time at Cartier's house. She was very responsive and made sure to give Appa lots of love. Our dog is normally reserved / apprehensive with people he doesn't know, but they became fast friends. Appa uses an inhaler and Cartier was very helpful in making sure he got his medicine during his stay. When he came home, he was relaxed and his normal self, which is a testament to how welcoming Cartier was.
Sam was amazing and took great care of our Jakey boy! I highly recommend him! Sent updates daily multiple times as well as lots of pictures. Jake got along with him very well and were definitely going to be booking again. Thank you Sam for taking such good care of our fur baby.
