My childhood dog lived to be 15 years old, and I was there to help care for him throughout his life, especially in his senior years when he needed extra support. He was truly my best friend and taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and attentive care. Today, I care for my own dog and cat every day by feeding them, giving them attention, and making sure they are happy and healthy. I walk my dog before and after work and throughout the day as needed, and I enjoy spending quality time playing with both my dog and cat. I have a genuine love for animals, but dog walking is something I especially enjoy. About: My first memory was reaching out to pet the family dog and by the age of 8 I was the main care taker and trainer of our family pets (Sheltie, Poodle, Akita, Bearded Dragon). By 14 began pet sitting ranging from puppies at 8 months to senior dogs at 17 years old. I have cared for many of my neighbors pets that includes cats, hedgehogs, and hamsters. As I got older, I became braver and currently have two snakes. I am home full time and typically start my day with a morning walk which is always more appreciated with a four legged friend or two. In my care I offer daily updates and photos. For check-ins I typically stay for an hour to ensure the pets are well taken care of as well as provide extra walks or play time for the more energetic.

About: Of course I love animals, but what matters more to me is noticing who your pet actually is. Are they the kind of dog who needs to sniff the same corner for five minutes before moving on? Are they a little shy at first and pretending not to care? Do they get excited easily and need someone calm around them? Are they a cat who wants company, but absolutely not too much company? I really enjoy figuring out those little things. I’m gentle, patient, and very respectful of each pet’s routine. I don’t believe in rushing them or treating every animal the same. Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. I can shape my day around walks, visits, feeding times, play, and quiet company, depending on what each pet needs. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, who is included in the pictures, also helps me out with my Rover schedules. My home is my cat Lilo’s safe little kingdom, so I can’t host other pets here. But I’m very happy to come to your home, meet outside for walks, or figure out a setup that feels easy and comfortable for you and your pet.

About: i have experience with practically any animal that you can think of! i have dealt with all kinds of different temperaments and know how to make an animal feel comfortable! i have fostered a ton of different animals, anywhere from bottle babies (2 of which i ended up adopting) up to senior dogs so i have truly seen it all! i have owned so many different types of animals and have a ton of experience. i have dog sat and cat sat for practically my entire life anytime anyone in my life has needed pet care i always get the call! i work my day job from home in the mornings and then go in person from 4-8 mon-friday! my schedule is super flexible and i can also take last minute bookings no problem! i meet pets where they are! i go to their pace and figure out their comfort level to make sure they have the best experience possible! i build trust with them so that we can work together as a team!

About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up in Linstead Jamaica, my family owned a small farm, where we tended goats and chickens. We also took care of 2 generations of Rottweilers, so for as long as I can remember, I have had pets. Because of this, I’ve gotten to care for dogs of all ages - from newborn to older, in sickness and health. Since moving to Philly in 2016, my family has rescued a Cat (Rocket) and a Shih Tzu (Betty White). Needless to say, if given the opportunity I will make sure to give not only care for, but love your pet! I am currently home full time. Feel free to reach out - I am available early mornings and nights, and for drop ins or house sittings when needed. I am also open to last minute bookings. I live with a family of 4. We live in a home in a very quiet neighborhood near Cobbs creek - with trails and parks within the vicinity. We currently do not have any of our own pets, but any pets we have cared for had the luxury of enjoying outdoors at almost any hour and to meet and play with other pets at different parks. About: Hi, I'm Kaylee! I have 8+ years of hands-on experience caring for pets and genuinely love working with animals. I currently offer dog walking, cat sitting, and drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. I've owned cats my entire life and currently have a cat of my own, as well as a large, energetic black lab. About: I have been an animal lover for longer than I can remember. My soul dog, January, recently passed and until I'm ready for a new love of my life, I'll be a good aunt to yours! I have lived with and was responsible for the direct care of multiple dogs and cats over the years. I frequently dog, cat and house-sit for several close friends and family. I have experience with puppies, adult and senior dogs. (Seniors are my fav!) Giving meds is a skill I've gotten good at along the way. I take the responsibility of being entrusted with the care of your family member very seriously and will always follow written instructions when provided. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have! I have a hybrid remote work schedule (2 days remote, 3 in the office, weekends off). I'm in the office (near Broad and Spring Garden). For boarding, my hybrid schedule helps me be available for being at home for extended weekend stays. Depending on the need and location, I can do house-sitting and check-ins in many locations within the city and Delaware County. (If you found me from the Rover car magnet, still send your request over even though you will be prompted that you are outside of my house-sitting radius. Based on other things I have scheduled, I'm willing to travel to many locations!) I live in a twin home in Delaware County with minimal steps to the first floor from outside. My medium size backyard is not fenced in but I love walking in my neighborhood. Other dogs in my life have required long bouts of exercise daily so I'm used to even the higher amounts of activity to keep your dog tired and happy! I do have two long term foster cats that live in my home. For everyone's safety, I will keep them in a separate part of the house during dog boarding unless the dog has extensive experience living with cats.

About: From blue tick coonhounds to chiweenies, I know my way around walking dogs! During my volunteering at an animal shelter, I learned proper walking and handling methods, so every walk is set to be safe and happy! I work part-time, often with multiple full days off that can be dedicated to keeping your pets safe, healthy, and happy! I’m also comfortable with taking care of pets before or after my shifts :) While I currently do not offer boarding, I am more than happy to visit wherever your pet calls home and give them comfortability and familiarity.
