Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. About: Ive been around animals and always had a deep love for them since I was a child. I am really skilled in handling all types of animals, from big to small and easy to difficult. I'm really good with animal training especially and have helped train multiple deaf dogs for people. I definitely have a way with animals and love connecting with each and every one on a personal and individual level to make sure that we are both as comfortable and happy as can be! I work nights, but that makes me available during day time hours from 7 am to 10 pm. I find it works well when taking care of animals because they tend to be sleeping during my work hours. I currently have one cat, she's my tiny little shy girl but so loving and gentle. She is scared of dogs and kids but perfectly fine with other cats and adults. She just appreciates calm quiet energy. We started our walks recently with Christel and from our first meeting, I knew our dog Zoey was in good hands.
