About: I’ve been taking care of friends and families animals for about three years now. I’ve dealt with puppy dogs to senior dogs, crazy kittens to calm cats. Communication is super important to me, if the pet needs any specific foods, medications, or walking instructions I would contact the owner beforehand to make sure the pet is receiving the best care possible. About: I've had pets in my life from a young age and as soon as I was able got my own dogs and never looked back. I can't imagine my life without a dog (or 2 or 3). I have taken my dogs to training classes and have learned a lot about dog behavior. I enjoy taking my dogs out to the park or walking the neighborhood. I also foster dogs at times and this has been such a rewarding experience for me. I currently work full time at home and am able to care for my animals through out the day. I utilize my lunch break to take them for a walk. I have a fenced in yard that allows my dogs to be free and play outside. I also have crates in the house if the dogs prefer some alone time. I am familiar with dogs of all personalities and am able to give them what they need while in my care.

Callie was so kind and so accommodating!! My husband and I booked her last minute to watch our pets while we were at our wedding, and she was so kind and flexible with our last minute request. Jacqueline went above and beyond for taking care my cats while I am gone. She did everything thing I asked for and beyond, even took out the pxxp bags or helped me look around for my cat's medication when i forgot where I kept. She truly care my pets as her own. I'll definitely book with her.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
