“We booked twice a day drop in visits with Barb for our two male tabbies while away on a ten day vacation and we couldn’t be more pleased with her care. This is the longest we’ve ever left our boys and from the very first day we felt completely at ease. Barb went so far above and beyond to care for them—giving one of them oral meds at the last minute, preparing treat toys for them at her visits, perfectly following their feeding arrangement and sending tons of sweet photos. She offered to take our trash and recycling out without us asking, collected our mail, watered our plants and made sure that an important package was picked up quickly from our porch. It was such a huge relief to travel without worry knowing our boys were in incredible hands and we’ve already booked with Barb for two more of our summer getaways. “Paz did a great job. She pays very close attention to detail, even going so far as to take lots of notes during our meet and greet. My dog is reactive so needs special care around other dogs. Paz followed my directions and safely navigated around the problems. She was also willing to take care of my dog despite having a sudden bout of diarrhea that started the day before her visit. Olga did an amazing job with our kitties while we were on vacation! We came back to the litter boxes spotless and two happy and healthy furry friends. There was even a minor logistical issue that came up during her time here that Olga quickly found a solution for on her own and dealt with so we didn't have to worry a bit. I will definitely book Olga next time we're out of town!
Robyn is an absolute delight to us! She takes her job even more seriously than I could expect, and goes above and beyond in all ways. She is so good at caring for all our pets, kitty, toad, and turtle. Then she gives corn to the deer that come through our property! She follows every instruction perfectly, and is extra conscientious. We are so happy to have her help us when we are away!
Helena did a great job taking care of our two cats for a week. She came at the agreed-upon time each day, gave them lots of love, pets, and playtime, and sent us pictures that helped us not miss them quite as much; although that’s hard, of course! We felt very comfortable knowing they were in good hands. Highly recommend!
So grateful to have Kaylee watch our cat once again. We got very detailed updates about her every visit, and she was very content by the time we got home, which was a huge relief. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
