About: Having grown up with dogs and cats (...and a couple birds and a hedgehog), and working in pet care/pet sitting on and off for about 12 years I've seen and known a lot of weird, wonderful, sweet, and silly pets. I think my attention to detail sets me apart. I want to know what keeps your fur babies calm & happy. I want to know what stresses them out so we can steer clear: whether it's the sound of skateboards or rolling suitcases, fellow wildlife, or even people. I'm ready to redirect your nearly perfect pet away from their favorite forbidden roadside snack. I also have experience administering medications. I look forward to working with you! I currently do pet care and pet sitting part time and some other gig work (varies from week to week) while I look for other full-time work. About: I have a Bachelors degree in vet nursing and I'm on my way to vet school. I've pet sit for friends and family. I love getting to meet new animals and I love learning about people's experiences with their pets. I also have experience with rabbits, pocket pets (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc), reptiles, amphibians, birds and fish. I am free most days. I'm also available for early morning and late night hours if needed. I am available for repeat dog walks every day or drop ins, I also do house sitting I can easily crate dogs if needed and can lift and restrain heavier dogs. Also, with my vet nursing training I am able to medicate dogs if needed and can help keep an eye on medical concerns. I'm also very active and am able to take pets for long walks and can take a lot of rough housing

About: I’ve owned dogs for the past 10 years. I helped raise my family’s dog and then got a puppy of my own at the end of 2023! I’m a very active person and love walking, so I am looking forward to exploring new places with new companions :) My schedule during the day is very open right now, looking to fill it with lots of walks and games of fetch! About: I’ve always grown up around animals. Dogs, cats, birds and even a turtle! I have doggy sat plenty of times in the past and I own three cats of my own. I would love to own a dog one day, which is one of the reasons I am excited to doggy sit! About: My first memory was reaching out to pet the family dog and by the age of 8 I was the main care taker and trainer of our family pets (Sheltie, Poodle, Akita, Bearded Dragon). By 14 began pet sitting ranging from puppies at 8 months to senior dogs at 17 years old. I have cared for many of my neighbors pets that includes cats, hedgehogs, and hamsters. As I got older, I became braver and currently have two snakes. I am home full time and typically start my day with a morning walk which is always more appreciated with a four legged friend or two. In my care I offer daily updates and photos. For check-ins I typically stay for an hour to ensure the pets are well taken care of as well as provide extra walks or play time for the more energetic.

About: Of course I love animals, but what matters more to me is noticing who your pet actually is. Are they the kind of dog who needs to sniff the same corner for five minutes before moving on? Are they a little shy at first and pretending not to care? Do they get excited easily and need someone calm around them? Are they a cat who wants company, but absolutely not too much company? I really enjoy figuring out those little things. I’m gentle, patient, and very respectful of each pet’s routine. I don’t believe in rushing them or treating every animal the same. Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. I can shape my day around walks, visits, feeding times, play, and quiet company, depending on what each pet needs. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, who is included in the pictures, also helps me out with my Rover schedules. My home is my cat Lilo’s safe little kingdom, so I can’t host other pets here. But I’m very happy to come to your home, meet outside for walks, or figure out a setup that feels easy and comfortable for you and your pet.

About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up in Linstead Jamaica, my family owned a small farm, where we tended goats and chickens. We also took care of 2 generations of Rottweilers, so for as long as I can remember, I have had pets. Because of this, I’ve gotten to care for dogs of all ages - from newborn to older, in sickness and health. Since moving to Philly in 2016, my family has rescued a Cat (Rocket) and a Shih Tzu (Betty White). Needless to say, if given the opportunity I will make sure to give not only care for, but love your pet! I am currently home full time. I have dog sat households with up to 5 dogs and have experience with a varying range of discipline, age, health concerns. Dogs outside are on a leash unless in a safe fenced area. No dogs live in the house currently so one on one care for the lovebugs🩵
