They have special needs and I really appreciated how she cared and went the extra to spend time with them and even cleaned up accidents and filled up treat puzzle. Rachel even brought in the mail!. Nancy was wonderful! My boys loved her and she was able to adapt to a lot of challenging situations (my landlord changed the locks, pete needed additional medication halfway through, insulin, IBD flare). She was extremely communicative and I cannot recommend enough!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carismeldi was absolutely wonderful with Freddy! I really appreciated how attentive she was and how well she followed all of my instructions. She sent me lots of updates, which I loved and which made me feel so comfortable knowing Freddy was in good hands. Her communication was great, and it was clear to me that she genuinely cared about him and took great care of him while I was away. I’m so grateful for the care she gave Freddy and would happily have her watch him again!

Richard is a tremendous sitter! From when I first met him I could tell he truly cares about animals and was going to treat my cat as if she were his own. He followed all the instructions I left and kept me updated throughout my entire trip. There was a really bad storm during one of my days away, informed me about a leak in my apartment and sent me pictures so I could inform my landlord. Truly the definition of going above and beyond. I cannot recommend him enough!
My cat hid for the majority of the visit, but Emma put a ton of effort into trying to find her and bring her out of hiding, just to ensure that she didnt get out during the heatwave somehow. I definitely appreciated the effort she put in, and also the pictures when my cat finally showed up. :)
