About: I have always been an animal lover. I grew up with dogs and cats in the house. I’ve also had ferrets and a snake as pets. There was a period of time where, I had 3 dogs of my own at the same time. I have cared for puppies to senior dogs. I am a nurse that works from home full-time therefore, your pet will have companionship throughout the day. I will enjoy having the company of your pet while I am working as well. I have administered medications to animals as directed by pet owners and veterinarians. I am able to administer oral and topical medications. I have confidently cared for recently spayed/neutered animals. I am experienced in puppy potty/feeding routines, crate training as well as positive reinforcement with or without treats. While caring for your family’s fur baby, I will treat them like family and as directed per your wishes. I will attempt to adhere to their routines to make the transition of not being at home easier for them. There will be plenty of built in time for attention, potty breaks and playtime. Your furbaby will be made to feel at home here. I will make every attempt to adhere to their home routine as much as possible to lessen the stress of this transition. I have a small unfenced grassy area that is available for quick potty breaks. For exercise and the longer potty breaks, we would go on walks through the neighborhood. I currently walk approximately 2 miles (weather permitting) for my own physical fitness therefore if your pup is willing and able, I would love the company. Typically, when I have watched friends and family's dogs we took walks 3 times a day. There will always be room for other accommodations if more or less walking is needed. I will ensure that your pet is safe and comfy while they sleep at night and rest during the day. There is a clean doggy bed and plenty of blankets to choose from if laying on the floor as I have hardwood floors. Please feel free to bring and favorite toys or advise of any activities that your pet enjoys as it is my goal to make them feel at home. My home gets the morning and afternoon sun though the large front window which provides a space for your pet to sunbathe if they so choose. There is also a sitting windowsill for them to enjoy some outside activity with the safety of being indoors. As previously stated, I have a small, unfenced yard available for quick potty breaks. For dogs, majority of their bathroom breaks will be walks depending on their energy and activity level. For visiting kitty's the litter box will likely be placed in my semi-finished basement unless other stipulations are discussed. Your kitty will be lovingly guided to the litter box to get acclimated to it's whereabout. I will provide the desired updates, pictures and communicate any issue timely so that you can feel at ease that your beloved pet is being well cared for. As a previous pet owner, I understand the worries of handing your beloved pet over to someone to care for them as you do. I assure you that your pet will be well loved and cared for here.

About: I know what it’s like to worry about your fur babies when you're away from home, which is why I strive to provide top-notch daytime care. Whether I'm popping in for a drop-in visit or taking them out for some fresh air, my services include: feeding and medication per the pet parent’s instructions, plenty of walks, play time, and lots of cuddles (if they’re okay with that!) with photo updates throughout my visit. As an animal shelter volunteer, I especially have experience with cats, including kittens as young as 2 weeks old. Since I have recently moved to Philadelphia my availability is now completely open, which works out perfectly for scheduling visits! Any scheduling discrepancies will be communicated ASAP. About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life I've had to attend dog behavioral training classes with multiple dogs over the years of owning them with family. As an adult I've never had the privilege of owning my own dog only cats. But I've always been the one to help family members when they go away walks & pet siting. I work in the elder care system but trying to find a balance of Harmony. With my active lifestyle and fond affection for The Great outdoors I miss the company of dogs I don't have the means or time to own my own I would like an opportunity to be able to explore new areas of my local neighborhood and getting exercise. About: I have had pets my whole life, grown up taking care of many dogs and two family cats. Im currently the primary caretaker of our family dog, our now older family cat, and my two own cats. I also have experience with exotic animals, previously having two family guinea pigs and now my own hermit crab. Every morning I wake up to feed my cats and dog right before I eat my own breakfast. My cats litters are in spaces I use daily so they trust the space and i can monitor their health and habits. I know every animal is unique the same way people are, I treat every animal with love, care, and patience. “Sasha made sure my cat’s basic needs were met, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the overall experience. There were some issues with communication, following instructions, and general attentiveness. I also returned to a home that was not as clean as I had left it, including trash that had not been taken out. Additionally, although I paid for overnight care, I felt that the service did not fully reflect that expectation. While my cat was cared for, the overall experience fell short of what I had hoped for.”

About: I take care of pets on a daily. Whether it's saying hi to my roomie Daisy, or the local cats, or the squirrels outside the window I work the normal 9-5 hour job. If your pet requires check in, some feedings and weekend check in and sittings, that is more ideal. As an early riser, and late sleeper (weird, I know) I can provide AM check ins and PM support I like to have your pet stay in their normal routine so that they are comfortable and happy. Plus it's fun to see a pet be themselves.

About: I am currently a sophomore chemistry student studying at Saint Joseph’s university! I am in class 16 hours a week but outside of that I’d love to watch over your cat! We can definitely work together in finding time in my schedule! In my own home, I make sure that there are comfy spots for my cat to lay in. I also pamper and play with my cat daily in addition to doing her litter box and feeding her in the morning. I will treat your cat as my own and follow any instructions you give me to a T!
