About: Hi! I’m Leela, an animal lover with years of experience caring for pets through nannying, house-sitting, and helping friends and families with their dogs and cats. I’m responsible, gentle, and attentive, and I know how important it is to feel confident that your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m happy to help with walks, feeding, playtime, medication routines, and lots of affection. I’m also very comfortable following detailed instructions and keeping you updated with photos and messages so you know how your pet is doing. Whether your pet is energetic and loves long walks or prefers calm companionship at home, I’ll do my best to make them feel comfortable, cared for, and happy. I am working as a PhD student at UPenn so have flexible hours and just moved away from my family dog so have no pets currently and would love to care for some animals! About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up in Linstead Jamaica, my family owned a small farm, where we tended goats and chickens. We also took care of 2 generations of Rottweilers, so for as long as I can remember, I have had pets. Because of this, I’ve gotten to care for dogs of all ages - from newborn to older, in sickness and health. Since moving to Philly in 2016, my family has rescued a Cat (Rocket) and a Shih Tzu (Betty White). Needless to say, if given the opportunity I will make sure to give not only care for, but love your pet! I am currently home full time. Feel free to reach out - I am available early mornings and nights, and for drop ins or house sittings when needed. I am also open to last minute bookings. I live with a family of 4. We live in a home in a very quiet neighborhood near Cobbs creek - with trails and parks within the vicinity. We currently do not have any of our own pets, but any pets we have cared for had the luxury of enjoying outdoors at almost any hour and to meet and play with other pets at different parks. As for drop ins, I will treat your home with the upmost respect.

Pascal is the sweetest and most reliable and personable walker that I have had for Chaos. He is always on time and he truly listens to any suggestions that I have about Chaos. Every time that Chaos comes back from his walk he is exercised and content. He wakes me up in the morning because he can't wait to see Pascal.
