“Christel is extremely communicative and responsive....but most importantly, our dog genuinely enjoys his walks with her. She does a thorough job walking him around the neighborhood, allowing plenty of time for sniffing.....AND she has the patience to deal with our cranky old dog when he just doesn't wanna go outside. She's successfully lured him downstairs and coaxed him into his much needed walks several times. She is our regular walker for a reason!! Highly recommend.”

About: I grew up with cats and different breeds of dogs, and currently have 2 dogs. One large breed and one small short nose breed. Of which I raised since she was a puppy, and I walk my 110 pound dog daily. I have experience with everything in between! I even found my own beloved dog walker & sitter here on rover! I joined Rover to help cover some unexpected medical expenses, so what a fun way to alleviate that burden. Thank you for your consideration! *Note: I update my availability two weeks at a time. If there is a day you need that I am unavailable, feel free to reach out and ask anyway.. sometimes it is all dependent on childcare & schedule so I could make it work. Just reach out to discuss. I love to go for walks with my own dogs so I am happy to help and be here to exercise / check in on your fur baby as needed. I understand the importance of keeping your dog safe. I prefer a harness and non- Retractable leash if possible. I will make sure to check for safety and refill water every visit.

“Kevin was outstanding! Ziggy is a big boy and can be a bit of a handful on leash at times, but Kevin handled him easily. You can tell how much Kevin loves dogs and he treated my boy like he was his own. Kevin was always punctual and asked thoughtful questions about behaviors, other dogs in the neighborhood, routes to walk,etc. His experience and compassion and care for animals was evident the first time I met him. About: Hi there, my name is Liv. I am an attentive and caring pet & home sitter. Growing up,we had several dogs and cats and I loved caring for them from a young age. As an adult, I’ve had several pets of my own which include both dogs and cats. I have a 3 yo pug named Luna, who is very friendly to all humans and animals, including cats. She can be quite social but also knows when to take a back seat and give space. I’m excited to meet your pets and get to know/ take care of them. I speak English, Spanish and West African Krio. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! I can care for pets including drop-ins and walks. My schedule is quite flexible, as I work from home. I’m available for overnight as well. I have a fenced in backyard. I also have a beautiful and safe neighborhood to take long walks in. There are several parks nearby. My home is child-free and safe for animals, including their own couch :)

Ruby was hesitant to go walking with a total stranger at first, but Clement took the time to connect with her and make her comfortable. When she came back from their last walk together, she was the happiest little camper. 10/10 would recommend!”

Kindly note that I recommend bringing one of his favorite blankets, toys during boarding. For the lovely puppies, I will appreciate if you bring enough treats and chewing toys for your puppy, then he won’t need to chew my shoes 😁 Please note that I don’t charge any extra fees for damages or cleaning, so sending dog pads, wipes, cleaning towels will be highly appreciated. I am committed to communicate daily with you during the boarding time, sending daily pictures and videos and answer calls and texts. However please note that I do my best to reply to all texts and requests as soon as possible, however kindly allow me to get back to you within 24 hours time frame if you contact me before the boarding time. I offer Uber pick up and drop off option, the charge is $15 that I add on the booking fees, and you book for the Uber from your side and send it to me round trip. Please don’t hesitate to contact me whenever you need my service or if you have any questions or concerns. ✨✨ I am available for boarding every day anytime, I work from home so my schedule is very flexible, I can accept boarding or house care even in the last minute. Kindly note that I accept senior dogs, special needs dogs, I can give them medicine and take care of them as instructed, however please note that I don’t drive and I am not a doctor, in case of emergency, I will call you, if you cannot take your dog to vet, I am willing to take her if you send me a driver. I spray my house regularly, i have no carpets, I cover my furniture so they can sit on top of the couches or beds, it is their temporary house till you are back, I have a crate that I can use but I don’t prefer to use it unless you request to crate your baby, I try to minimize rules as much as possible, I don’t want stress them, i am sure being separated from you is stressing them enough, I make sure that leach is secured when we are outdoor, Never walk them with no leach, doors and windows are locked. I don’t let them eat anything from the street while we are walking. Your dog is safe with me. I recommend that pets are checked regularly for ticks and flees especially before boarding especially in summer time. I clean daily, I spray the house regularly for fleets and other kind of bugs, I do everything to keep my house hygienic. Your dog health and safety are top priorities for me. I make sure they eat their food, if I notice that they don’t eat well, I don’t give up, I will offer them all possible alternatives till they eat, I will give them attention and love they need till they get comfortable, they can sleep anywhere, they want, air conditioners on during summer time, heater is on during winter. I strive to offer the best quality and service.
