About: I have been around animals for most of my life and I cant imagine not being around them. From tiny lap dogs to gentle giants, shy kitty cats to energetic pups. I love getting to know them all and learning their individual personalities. Im ready for all day cuddles, laser pointer marathons, and fun adventures. I treat every furry friend like they're my own, making sure they are safe, loved, and spoiled while in my care. My goal is simple. Lots of tail wags and purrs for them and peace of mind for you. I work full time during the week (regular 8-4:30) but my job is a 5 minute drive away if I need to get home quickly for an emergency or mid day walk. Besides work, i am mostly a homebody in my free time. I dont currently have any pets of my own living with me so your fur baby will have all my undivided attention. I live in an apartment building where many tenants have pets. The building has a fenced in dog park that I am sure any furry little pup would love. My area is also very lovely to walk around for potty breaks.

About: I have a small 13 yr old Shih Tzu who I love dearly. I have also done pet sitting for neighbors and friends, typically small to midsize dogs. I currently work a hybrid work schedule so I am home 5 days a week if you include weekends. I only go into office 1 day a week I live in a building with a double gated pet run. I am dog friendly so dog can sit on furniture and be off leash as long as their parent is ok with it

About: I have loved and been drawn to animals my entire life. I am currently a full time veterinary assistant. Outside of work I enjoy staying busy with cat and dog sitting/walking. I know animal behavior well and their care and wellbeing is something I dedicate myself to. I am currently employed full time as a veterinary assistant. However, I am available most weekends and Mondays as well as during weekday evenings. I aim to be as flexible as possible with my clients needs and schedules. I am not available to care for pets within my own home but have been a pet sitter in several homes. About: Starting local to Philadelphia. I have been taking care of other people's strays and rescuing feral and street animals for several years. I can manage several animals simultaneously and accommodate all of their psychological and physical needs. I have provided care for Chinchillas, Ferrets, Rabbits, cats, and dogs. Dog walking was something I did for two years for my neighbors. I am currently a cat sitter, and provide drop-in visits. In the morning I will check on the needs of any animals ie food and water. I will play and walk with them for about an hour. I will have dogs with similar temperaments play with one another. After playing and walking I will make sure they eat and rest. Throughout the day I will provide activities and enrichment for the pets. At the end of the day i will walk dogs for another hour. I care for pets in my home based on their individualized needs. Certain cats are independent and would prefer not to be touched. I will foster a positive relationship with the pet slowly, and individualize their affection based on their personalities and needs.

About: I grew up with dogs, so I have plenty of exposure to their care and needs. When my sister leaves for work trips, I have been the primary caretaker for her dog. I have experience feeding, cleaning, walking, and administering medications. Currently, I have two cats that I rescued from the street. Also, for the past few years, I have been caring for a feral cat colony. I am a university student, so I have the most flexibility before 11 AM and after 5 PM on the weekdays. This does vary by days, as on Monday and Wednesday, I am also free between 12PM-3PM. I am free all-day Saturday and Sunday for most weekends. I live in a dorm, so I am unable to care for your furry family outside of your home. As for caring for them at your home, I will follow all given guidelines to ensure proper care (i.e. the care YOU want).

About: Hello! I am a full-time traveling petsitter. I have my own business and I accept clients across the country, both on and off Rover. I set my service radius to the max limit that Rover allows. I may have to travel some distance to get to you, but I have never canceled or missed a booking. These days I mostly just work for my “home family” in the Philly suburbs and open up my Rover calendar on the dates they don’t need me. I typically just offer housesitting but occasionally I have windows where I can squeeze in walks and drop-ins. I limit these to the neighborhood I’m staying, or working in at the time. I enjoy learning about animal, and specifically dog behavior, as well various training methods. I would love to help reinforce your dog’s training program or routine, or simply be their emotional support while you’re gone. I’ve been offering services on Rover specifically for 2 years now, and I currently do not do any other form of work outside pet care. This means I can spend most of my time prioritizing your pets i. your home. Perfect for pets who cannot be left alone for too long! I am a true animal lover. I always say, I’m an animal advocate first, and a pet sitter second. (I have chapters where I contribute my part to rescue and foster efforts nearest me.) I am here to enrich the lives of your pet(s) during the time we spend together, and give you a peace of mind during a trip away. I’m 37 years old and have a working life’s worth of general caregiving experience including childcare, elderly care, and pet care. I got into petsitting because as an “animal person” I was already my friends go-to for watching their pets. I turned to it as a source of income to replace the work I was doing when I developed a physical disability in 2023. As such, I am not able to handle large dogs over 65 pounds if they pull on walks. I am also not able to do tug-o-war, or withstand throwing a ball if as a sole form of exercise and enrichment. The exercise I provide must be diversified and staggered throughout the day. A win in my book, since this is actually better for pets as well! I can clean up pet messes but I am unable to do any sustained, extended, or deep scrubbing. AVAILABILITY One of the benefits of gig work for me is the privilege to live with the flow of life. I give priority to my regular clients and open up my Rover calendar to new clients one month at a time, a month in advance. Most people book 2-3 weeks in advance and that is perfect for me. I do a good job of keeping my calendar accurate, but messages about scheduling and availability are always welcomed! SAFETY Animals naturally warm up to me and feel safe and comfortable with me, but of course there always exist exceptions. I prefer not to handle XL breeds, dogs with aggressive proclivities, or severe pulling and behavioral issues on walks. I can do drop-in and overnight sitting for large dogs if walks are not expected, or the dog is well behaved and doesn’t pull. I bring with me a tactical belt that serves as a waist harness to attach leashes, and a shock absorbing leash and coupler, just to have some extra options for comfort and security. This setup works better if your dogs have harnesses. Of course I don't have to use it and can use what you provide. We should review your emergency contact info and preferred emergency plan(s), as well as any security measures in place for, or that I should uphold for your home. Alarm system? Is your home a key-less entry or will there be a key hidden?

About: I'm patient, caring, and have experience caring for cats and dogs who have anxiety. I have experience pet sitting dogs and cats who have were rescued. I'm currently working part tine do I have a good amount of free time. I am available weekdays after 12pm and before 6pm. I am available Sundays between 1pm and 7pm. The care I provide for your pets include feeding, brushing( if a brush is provided. Not grooming), walking( cats and dogs), and play( if toy is provided). I can only do 2 of these services per visit if it is a drop in.
