About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have been taking care of them. Currently have two cats and two dogs. My wife calls me the cat whisperer. I work full time Monday through Friday but can stop before and after work as needed. I can be fully flexible on the weekends as needed. Our current animals eat twice a day and the cat’s litter box is cleaned daily. The dogs need walks and everyone needs cuddles. I change the litter fully bi-weekly.
“Punctual, polite and pleasant are all words that describe Megha’s visits. She was careful and considerate in handling my young and rambunctious puppy. Overall I would highly recommend Meghan to walk your dog!”

I am currently working from home, so I will be able to provide lots of attention to your dog. I also walk routinely in the morning and evenings. I do not have any pets that live with me, however there are many open parks and dog parks within a walkable distance from my house.

“Sarah was wonderful with my dog, Bruno. I was in a real bind during the big snowstorm and sent a last-minute request, and she didn’t hesitate to step in despite the uncertainty with the weather. Her communication was fantastic—quick, clear, and reassuring the whole time. Bruno was so really comfortable with her right away. I will definitely be booking with her again. 5 stars!”

About: Hi! I’m a responsible, attentive, and dependable pet sitter who truly loves animals. Dogs and cats have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with Great Danes and currently have an orange tabby of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets of all sizes and personalities. I’ve also volunteered for years with a trap–neuter–return (TNR) cat rescue, where I gained experience handling and caring for cats of all temperaments. Because I work in healthcare, I’m especially comfortable administering medications and caring for senior pets or animals with special needs. I understand how important it is to keep pets on their routine and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. You can count on me to provide reliable care, lots of attention, and regular updates so you have peace of mind while your pet is with me. I’m always happy to send photo updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you're away. I work remotely, so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits. I also love staying active during the day, so I’m always happy to take your dog on a long walk or run if they enjoy that! When I arrive at a client’s home, I always start by finding the pet and giving them some attention (if they want it!). Then I move on to whatever they need — walks, feeding, litter box cleaning, or letting them outside. My main goal is always to make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you're away. I’m very respectful of people’s homes and try to leave everything exactly as I found it.
“Sabin was absolutely great in walking my Ellie. I had an odd situation where I needed a walker while Ellie stayed with my elderly Dad who could not walk her easily. Sabin was very accomodating and left a very positive impression on both me and my Dad. He was professional, kind and trustworthy. I will definitely contact him again in the future.”
About: I have 39 years of experience caring for animals. I have owned my home in Fitler Square for 15 years and have been running a cleaning company for the past 10 years. In addition to cleanings, I would care for their animals. Throughout my life, I've had: dogs, cats, parakeets, snakes, a hedgehog, a rabbit, and hamsters. I'm the first person my family and friends ask to care for their animals while they're away. I absolutely love and am passionate about dogs. I trained all three of my dogs from 8 weeks to their senior years. I'm also experienced at administering medication, which requires patience and assurance that they'll be ok. I'm excited for my visit with your dog. We'll take a walk to smell his/her favorite spots, go to one of the parks, play ball or with their favorite toy, and of course lots of pets and belly rubs. I will also feed and give fresh water, if needed. It makes me so happy when your dog is happy. I know how stressful it can be being away from your dog. Rest assured, I will care for your dog as if it were my own. I will ensure I'm respectful in your home, and messes are cleaned. If you would like me to do any additional work in your home, care for other animals, or clean, etc., please let me know. I look forward to meeting and taking care of your dog. This is my primary job. I'm available 6 am through 10 pm Monday through Sunday. I'm also available to house sit in your home or my home I will take good care of your dog/s and cat/s at your home/mine, feeding, brushing, playing, administering medication, changing litter, and bathing. If there's something else you would like to do, just ask.
“Allison is great! She had great communication and gave updates on their time together. Easy to work with and made sure Georgie was well loved! Thank you!”

“We had a great time meeting Greg for our first meet and greet/walk. He even made Pinto feel at ease - and that’s a tough sell. We are looking forward to booking future walks and pet sitting with Greg.”

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with animals and the genuine joy I get from caring for them. I grew up in a home with cats, a dog, and even a bunny, so I’m very comfortable with a variety of pets and understand the importance of routines like feeding, litter care, exercise, and lots of attention. Throughout high school, I regularly walked dogs and pet-sat for neighbors, becoming a trusted and familiar face for many families. I stayed connected with them through college and continued pet-sitting whenever I could, which speaks to the relationships and trust I built with both pets and their owners. I’m currently in nursing school, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and reliability—qualities I bring into every pet care situation. I’m also very active and walk a lot daily, so I love taking dogs on long walks, playing outside, and making sure they get the exercise and stimulation they need. Above all, I treat every pet like my own and aim to make them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. As a current nursing student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate consistent, quality time to pet care throughout the week. I plan my days in a way that gives me plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. Because I’m already very active and incorporate daily walks into my routine, caring for pets fits in seamlessly. I genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors and being active, so making sure pets get regular exercise, attention, and companionship is something I naturally prioritize in my day. I always put the pet’s needs first and aim to keep their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. I understand that every pet is different, so I closely follow each owner’s instructions when it comes to feeding, exercise, medications, and overall care. I’m very flexible with the types of services I offer. I’m comfortable staying in a client’s home for overnight care, doing drop-in visits, or a combination of both depending on what works best for you and your pet. I can also accommodate bringing smaller pets into my home if that’s preferred and arranged in advance. My goal is to meet each family where they are and provide care that keeps pets happy, safe, and stress-free while their owners are away.
“Pamela was patient and accommodating when the logistics of our trip made her job more difficult than expected. She is easy to communicate with, very responsive, friendly, and easy going. She came to our resort and walked our dog so we could enjoy longer days in the parks. Thanks Pamela!”

“Nicholas is great. He has been great with both my dogs. One of my dogs is reactive and just got back from a month long board and train and has been great helping me keep her on her training. They are always in great moods when I come home.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ranging from chihuahuas to Rhodesians. I have a cat of my own. I also recently adopted a new puppy Ivy! I’m finishing up my last year in college but I manage having a dog just fine! I take her for three or more walks a day and have plenty of time for extra activities such as going to the park or taking a hike. I would love to do the same for your dog! Making sure that they are getting adequate time to play, walk, and rest. Feeding them at their meal time. Adapting to each pet’s specific needs.
Rittenhouse dog parents share their Rover experiences
Sophie was responsive and punctual both to the meet and greet with my mutts and showing up on time later that week to walk both of them. She followed instructions precisely and communicated well. And of course, she sent some cute pics-what’s not to like? I’d definitely trust her with my dogs again!!

I used Mason for dog walks and couldn’t be happier. He was professional, on time, and clearly knew how to handle dogs. My pup came home relaxed and well-exercised. Mason is the kind of walker you can trust right from the first booking — I’ll definitely reach out again next time I need help!

Chasity is a fantastic dog walker! When she first got started, she asked all the right questions to learn about my dog and what he needs for going on walks. She took great photos during the walk, and my dog was clearly a happy camper when he came home. Chasity is very responsive to communication and great with scheduling flexibility, especially on short notice. Highly recommended!

Ava has walked my fur baby Clover a couple times now. I’ve had to change the times on her, my apartment is not always the easiest to access, and Clover isn’t as spry as she used to be, but Ava was perfect in navigating those issues. She’s very flexible, punctual, and communicates great! Clover loves her 😊
