“Kayla was amazing and took such good care of my dog! I'm pretty sure he came better than I left him :) She was great about sending photo updates every day. She was also flexible with pick-up/drop-off times, which was very helpful traveling during Thanksgiving. I definitely plan on using her services again in the future. Your dog will be in great hands with Kayla!!”

“Yuiko was great! I'm a overprotective dog mom and my dogs are my world. I moved from Chicago and had to find a sitter. Im picky and don't choose just anyone to babysit my pups. Yuiko is the best! She's very great in communication and gives you updates on how their sleeping, eating, etc. And her kids are very sweet. I can tell from the photos my pups were having a blast! 100% A+++ safe, reliable and very sweet! I'll definitely be using her service again.”

“Cynthia took great care of my dog at her place. She followed instructions, kept me updated, and even made my dog rice to encourage her to eat. Her dog was very friendly with my nervous greyhound. They even played together in Cynthia’s back patio.”

“Tim was great! Friendly demeanor and lives in a wonderful location with quick access to the SRT; our pup was very happy. He came home clean, loved, and well taken care of. We will absolutely reach out to Tim in the future!”

“Tamikia came through clutch when I needed a last minute sitter for my fur baby and she took excellent care of him. She is the most responsive host you’ll ever encounter and she sent regular updates of Brodee without prompting which I really appreciated since it was his first time with her. Definitely worth the trip over the bridge (I’m from NJ)!”

“We were traveling out of state with our up and needed a last min place to put him while we explored the city. Ariella was friendly and super communicative. Thank you so much for all the pics!”

“Zoey had another great vacation with David and Phyllis! We are very grateful for the love and great care they gave her, and they will be our first choice for the future. To be honest, I think Zoey is a little sad to be home and misses them!!”

“Zenith cared for my dog from February 19–22, and I am so grateful for her. From the start, her communication was thoughtful and consistent. She sent sweet updates, photos, and videos that truly put my heart at ease. It was clear she treated him with genuine love and care, just like I would. I never once worried while I was away. I would happily book with her again and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone special to care for their pup.”

“My girls had the best time they looked at home I was so worried about leaving them because I had never left them before but my heart was at peace with all the videos and pictures I received they were loved on and truly cared for and they will be returning. Ps THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY GIRLS 💕”

“Christine and Dan were absolutely incredible! From the moment I met Christine, she was so bubbly, warm, and friendly, and it was immediately clear that they were genuinely excited to spend time with Blizzard. They even offered to meet up before the weekend so that everyone, especially Blizzard, could get comfortable beforehand, which I really appreciated. While I was away, they took Blizzard on a long walk to a nearby park and kept me updated with pictures throughout the weekend. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such caring hands. Christine and Dan truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I would have them watch Blizzard again in a heartbeat! I could tell Blizz was actually a little sad to leave them, so she clearly had an amazing time too!”

“Hyann is the absolute best. She was so kind and patient with Francis, who can take a minute to warm up to people. She gave regular updates and honestly spoiled him in the best possible way. She so thoroughly won over Francis that he doubled back to get good bye pet from her after we came to pick him up. Highly recommend. She's the best.”
“Absolutely amazing. My little dog had the greatest time, got a lot of socializing and exercise everyday. I boarded him for a week and would absolutely do so again.”

“Therese was amazing. She took our fur baby in last minute and she was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely recommend her and will again book in the future”

“Super kind and friendly. Made sure to keep me constantly updated on how my dog was doing, took him for walks and took excellent care of him. Sadly I think he was more upset for me to pick him up than he was when I dropped him off”

“Jake was great! He was very flexible and easy to communicate with, and our dog, Dino, seemed to like him a lot! Jake made the whole experience very easy, and we would definitely ask him to watch Dino again in the future.”

“Tu was absolutely wonderful and we’ll definitely be taking advantage of her amazing services many times more! If you’re in the Philly area and need a dogsitter you couldn’t ask for someone better. Super communicative, friendly, and accommodating. You can tell she really loves dogs, and that makes all the difference!”

Alisia was wonderful, she communicated with me throughout the entire stay and made sure I was always updated. You can truly tell she has a genuine love for fur babies and cares about their well being. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a loving and reliable sitter! ❤️🐾

Ginger is my most trusted sitter in the area. Panda has stayed with her many times, and I can always tell that my little dude has had the best time with someone who truly cares for him. I got photo and text updates every day. This most recent stay was just three weeks after Panda’s surgery for intervertebral disc disease, and Ginger went above and beyond to make sure her home setup and his care supported his recovery. Even with his strict activity restrictions and need for close supervision, she handled everything with patience and love. We couldn’t ask for a more caring and trustworthy sitter!

Rebecca and Christopher watched Petunia for 5 days and were incredible. They sent me daily updates with pictures. They knew when she needed some time to warm up and let her be vs when she was ready to play! I met with Rebecca before her stay and it put me at such ease to just talk and have Petunia meet Panda! I was comfortable knowing Petunia will be well taken care of, would recommend and would book again!

Gabi is a STAR! So so grateful for their care- I recieved tons of photos while I was gone, updates and texts. I could tell when I was reunited with my pup that she was well taken care of. Gabi even extended one more day when I was stuck in traffic back home- a lifesaver !!!

Erika helped me out in a last minute crunch right before Halloween weekend. I adopted this puppy less than 2 weeks ago and needed someone who had a really good background so I am glad that she met the quality of her excellent reviews! Hopefully I won't have to separate from baby doggy much but in case I do I will reach out to Erika! Thanks!

Chazz is easily the best dog sitter I’ve found in the city! I have two dogs who can be a handful, one is very big and strong, and the other is highly leash reactive. Within seconds of meeting Chazz, they both loved him. He has such a natural way with dogs and immediately made them feel comfortable and at ease. I used to board my dogs at a facility, but I never really knew what kind of care and attention they were getting. Finding Chazz through Rover has been a game changer. He sent multiple photos each day, along with thoughtful updates that made it clear my dogs were happy and well cared for. They stayed with him for four days, and I genuinely didn’t worry once. Having that kind of peace of mind means so much. Chazz is kind, attentive, and clearly great with dogs. I’m so glad we found him and will absolutely be booking with him again!

Alexis was fantastic! She took great care of my 3 y/o dog Woods while I was away a few days. I really appreciated all the pictures and cute/silly updates without even having to ask. It made me feel at ease to know someone was loving on my dog and handling him with great care while I was away! I will definitely be booking again!

Kerry is such a lovely, patient and caring person and truly shows how much she loves taking care of fur babies. She was very communicative from the start and also did an extended meet and greet/day stay at her house so that my dog and her dog would be compatible. Throughout the boarding, she sent updates and picture of my dog and my dog, being a special needs, was always provided with medication updates. Kerry was extremely sweet to go out of her way to frame a sweet little picture of my pupper when I came to pick her up. I'm so grateful for this experience and Kerry 's pupper is also a sweet boy. I would love to board kizie again with Kerry.

"Tuesday" my 12 year old, 20 lb. Poodle stayed with Renee for 5 days. She was well taken care of and when I picked her up she seemed so happy and energetic. She provided her with a lot more physical activity than I give her. I also got pictures of her walks and overall made me feel confident that she was in good hands. I highly recommend Renee.

Erin and Joe were nice to work with and flexible with pickup and drop off which I appreciated! I’m glad Coco was able to have a fun weekend with her family and she came back to me tired but happy which made me feel good about leaving her with them. Thank you again!

Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
