She took excellent care of Denver all while providing us with updates, pictures, and videos which we very much appreciated while out of country. Dog hotels don’t do that; they just let dogs play all day everyday—which ended with Denver coming home exhausted and sometimes sick from all the stimulation and exposure. Laura is the best!! She made Cora so comfortable and treated her like her own pet. Cora even had a last minute injury that meant she had to wear a cone while staying with Laura, and I couldn’t be happier with how Laura took thoughtful and kind care of Cora and kept us updated throughout. Birol took great care of my 2 senior dogs! He took amazing care of my partially blind dog who requires eye drops daily and needed to be carried up and down the one flight of stairs. He was very willing and happy to provide this for my dog. He provided frequent updates and pictures and took special care of them during the heat wave. Scheduling pick up and drop off was very easy and he was very accommodating of our schedule. I will definitely be booking with Birol again!

Our dogs had an amazing time with Hendry! He was very patient with our more nervous pup, even when the super hot weather made it all the more challenging to get some of his energy out — Hendry was patient, kind, and sent updates every step of the way. Both dogs settled in well, and that’s a testament to Hendry’s patience and care for them. We would absolutely rebook in the future!
