Sophia was amazing with Ranger! She sent so many updates and pictures. She did a great job keeping us in the loop. In every picture, Ranger looked so happy. Laura is the best!! She made Cora so comfortable and treated her like her own pet. Cora even had a last minute injury that meant she had to wear a cone while staying with Laura, and I couldn’t be happier with how Laura took thoughtful and kind care of Cora and kept us updated throughout. Birol took great care of my 2 senior dogs! He took amazing care of my partially blind dog who requires eye drops daily and needed to be carried up and down the one flight of stairs. He was very willing and happy to provide this for my dog. He provided frequent updates and pictures and took special care of them during the heat wave. Scheduling pick up and drop off was very easy and he was very accommodating of our schedule. I will definitely be booking with Birol again!
