About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all sizes for friends and neighbors, but I also have volunteer as a Day Adventurer at ACCT. This has given me invaluable experience with diverse temperaments and leash-handling for dogs of all sizes. I grew up with dogs, but don’t currently have one of my own. Whether your dog requires a strict crate schedule, specific walk times, or high-energy exercise, I am happy to do whatever they need to feel safe and enjoy their time while your away. Availability: I recently ended employment at Penn as a Project Manger in June and currently enjoying summer- working from home on applications so I am ideally suited for dogs who enjoy a morning and evening "adventure" with a calm midday nap! My apartment is adjacent to park and SRT. I currently work full time as a research project manager at Penn M-F 9-5 with occasional WFH. I am free weekends for adventures with your pup. My apartment is neat and your dog can be free to roam or if has a certain crate schedule happy to follow. Right outside my apartment is a park with lots of green space and close to schuylkill river trail.

“I planned a weekend trip last minute and needed a dog sitter and as usual, Angie was available and reliable for my French Bulldog, Goldie. I have used Angie many times for my dog at this point, she is the only one i really trust to watch her.”

“Madeline was super kind and fluff sure seemed like she had a great stay with her! I received many photos and updates about how much fluff was enjoying hanging out in Madeline’s yard and going for walks.”

“Omggggg, This was our 1st time leaving our fur baby with Samantha and when I tell you she sends pictures and message daily.. ABOVE AND BEYOND. She made our vacation amazing. We had NO worries about ROC at all. As long as she is in business our ROC will never go ANYWHERE else but to them. Amazing, outstanding, loving, caring, and attentive is what they are..”

“I have used Rover for several years and have had some really good providers. However Juliana, Cooper, and Betty Boop are amazing and my Pup felt right at home. I can honestly say I have found Bubblez new home away from home. I can now travel and not get anxiety leaving my Fur baby. Juliana is warm, caring and loved my Pup as if she were her own. Bubblez did not come home disheveled which made me feel much better. I highly recommend Juliana! ❤️”

John and Michelle are very nice and my Daisy loved them. They are prompt in answering any questions and sending updates with pictures how your pet is doing while they are caring for them.I highly recommend them and will always be my first choice in the future if need a dog sitter. Thank you John and Michelle
Kelsey and Conor cared for our 10 yo lab and could not have been more kind & loving in their care. They provide a clean environment with their own friendly dogs with a perfect outdoor space for a dog. They provided daily updates in which our dog looked so happy & well cared for. Highly recommend and will use Kelsey & Conor again!

Hendry went above and beyond with my 2 boxers. He sent me updates on how they were adjusting and pictures on most days. He allowed them to spend time with his family and play with Nova, his dog. This was mine and my dogs first time away from each other and Hendry made sure they felt safe and let them open up slowly which I so appreciated. Hendry and his wife are very caring and genuinely love dogs. I was able to relax on vacation and I appreciate Hendry and his family for this. Cannot say enough positive things about the excellent care oakland and olive received. They will be be staying with Hendry again in the future!! Thanks again!

Makeba is the best!!! Highly highly recommend if you are looking for someone who is sweet & genuinely cares for your pups. My boy is a pretty anxious fellow & is a bit fearful of people at first but she was so gentle and understanding with him. I actually think she broke him out of his shell! We appreciate her sm.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NJ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
