It was our first time leaving him and they went out of their way to get to know him during our meet & greet, as well as update us with pictures and reassure us the entire time we were gone. Our little guy had the time of his life playing with their 2 dogs, and he was treated like family for his whole stay. 💓 I can’t recommend them highly enough!
As always, Brineydi did a great job of keeping our little fur babies well taken care of & us at ease while we were away. 5 stars isn’t enough! After letting us know that he was having a hard time keeping his food down, she made Alejandro a special home cooked meal to help with his stomach. He was back to his usual playful self in no time. So grateful we found her on Rover!
Madi took incredible care of our best girl Lilo while my husband and I were getting married in Mexico!! it was so reassuring that we received pictures everyday of her having a ball with Madi. she has a giant, fully enclosed yard for your pup to run around in which was also a huge plus! we will certainly be booking with Madi again for our next trip!! highly recommend 💙

Denise kept our Duke for just over a week while we were away on vacation. This was my first time using Rover so I was a bit nervous but Denise walked me through the whole process. She told me all about the process as she’s a pro and made time to meet Duke before our trip. While we were on our trip we got CONSTANT updates and immediate responses when reaching out to check on Duke. She paid close attention to his needs and made sure she immediately expressed any concerns she had with him which I very much appreciated.
