Both my husband and I grew up with family dogs, and we had our own beloved dog, Buddha, for many years before he passed away in 2021. He is one of the dogs you see pictured in our uploaded photos (the others are rover dogs we’ve hosted). We still miss having a dog around and would love the opportunity to welcome your pup into our home and give them all the love and attention we'd give our own. ❤️🐾 We currently have no pets and only accept one dog at a time, which means your dog gets to be the center of attention while they're here! Our two school-aged kids absolutely love dogs and are excited to be involved with age-appropriate things like supervised play, filling water bowls, and joining us for walks. Mom and Dad are always the primary caregivers and responsible for all aspects of your dog's care and safety. Having been dog owners ourselves, we understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and little quirks. We're happy to follow your dog's normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, favorite toys, sleeping arrangements, and whatever helps them feel comfortable and at home. We also know how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else's care. You can expect plenty of photos and updates so you can relax knowing your pup is safe, happy, and getting lots of affection. Because we have children, we only accept dogs who are friendly and comfortable around kids, reliably house-trained, and have no history of aggression. Whenever possible, we'd also love to do a quick meet-and-greet or video intro before your dog's first stay to make sure we're a great fit for one another. We want you to enjoy your time away without worrying, and for your dog to feel like they're part of our family while they're here. ❤️🐶 I work from home every day, so having a pup here fits naturally into our daily routine and means they'll have plenty of company, attention, and love throughout the day. I can easily accommodate potty breaks, playtime, snuggles, and walks around my work schedule, and they'll have someone nearby for most of the day. When the kids get home from school/camp, there are two more very enthusiastic dog lovers ready to give them even more attention! We're happy to follow your dog's normal feeding, walking, potty, and sleep schedule as closely as possible so their stay feels comfortable and familiar. We currently have no pets of our own and only accept one dog at a time, so your pup gets lots of individual attention and won't need to adjust to unfamiliar resident animals. We know how reassuring it is to actually see that your dog is happy and doing well while you’re away. During each stay, we’ll send you plenty of photos and videos so you can see how your dog is settling in and enjoying their time with us. We’ll also keep you updated on the important parts of their day, including meals, walks, potty breaks, playtime and medications when applicable. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your time away knowing your dog is happy, comfortable, and receiving the same loving care you’d want for them at home.

About: I have been taking care of animals all my life. As a child I cared for cats and now as an adults I care for my dogs and my family and friends dogs as well. Love taking dogs for walks and to the park. Experienced in bathing dogs as well. I work full-time as a teacher, but I am available on weekends to stop in and check on your animals or take them for a walk. I am willing to watch animals in my house over the weekend as well. I have two for babies that will keep yours company. Plenty of space for them to play in and out side of the house. No fence but I have a lead, and I am happy to take many walks a day.

We had unexpectedly rescued our sweet girl, Gigi, just two weeks before a vacation we had already planned. We found ourselves in a stressful situation, scrambling to find someone we could trust to care for our new rescue, and she turned out to be an absolute blessing! From the moment we entrusted Gigi to her care, we felt reassured. Her home was so cozy, warm, and welcoming, with such a beautiful family atmosphere. Her husband, her two children, and she herself were all so involved, loving and wonderful with Gigi. It was clear that she was not just being watched, but truly welcomed into their home and treated like part of the family. One of our favorite things was receiving all the updates and pictures throughout the week. It gave us so much peace of mind to see Gigi happy, comfortable, and being loved while we were away. Knowing that our newly rescued girl was safe, well cared for, and surrounded by such a loving family meant the world to us. We are beyond grateful that she opened her home and her heart to Gigi, especially knowing that we had only had her for two weeks. As always, Brineydi did a great job of keeping our little fur babies well taken care of & us at ease while we were away. 5 stars isn’t enough! After letting us know that he was having a hard time keeping his food down, she made Alejandro a special home cooked meal to help with his stomach. He was back to his usual playful self in no time. So grateful we found her on Rover!
Denise kept our Duke for just over a week while we were away on vacation. This was my first time using Rover so I was a bit nervous but Denise walked me through the whole process. She told me all about the process as she’s a pro and made time to meet Duke before our trip. While we were on our trip we got CONSTANT updates and immediate responses when reaching out to check on Duke. She paid close attention to his needs and made sure she immediately expressed any concerns she had with him which I very much appreciated. I wholeheartedly feel like my dog was cared for exactly how she cares for her own dog and I will say that is truly invaluable!
