About: I’ve always had dogs of all ages and breeds in the family. It is fulfilling giving dogs their best life possible. I understand a few walks can mean so much to your dog’s week and I promise to treat them as if they were a member of my family! I have a full time job that allows me to have mornings and early afternoons off. I would be willing to work abnormal hours and consider myself to have a very flexible schedule. I have a mini golden doodle and am constantly aware of the potential dangers to her. While caring for your dog I will keep an eye out for other potential dangers that could harm them.

About: I have taken care of many different breeds and sizes of dogs, puppies to old pups. They all receive the same loving care as my own. From drop-in short notice visits and walks, to staying with furry friends for weeks at a time, there is no job too small or large! My schedule is mostly open. About: I love animals, grew up with two dogs, and now have a rescue cat. I also volunteer at the AWA Adoption Center. I am available for dog walking and drop-in visits for any kind of pet. I am self-employed, so my schedule is flexible. I’m self-employed so my schedule is flexible. I have a car and am willing to travel. I generally feed my own cat twice a day and play with her whenever I have time. For visits in my clients home I follow your feeding directions as to your pet’s feeding schedule, type of food, preferred toys and preferred play.

About: I've grown up with pets of all kinds and have loved them all. I enjoy taking dogs for walks and have volunteered at animal shelters to walk dogs. I am great with animals and have never not had a pet in my life. I take care of animals at home now, so I know that it can be a 24 hour job at times. I am flexible with my hours and have plenty of free time. If I am walking a dog I will bring a poop bag and water for them to drink, I will also walk them however far the owner is comfortable with. At home, I know that animals can get excited so I will remain calm and not scare/excite them too much.

About: I've always loved connecting with animals, whether it be volunteering at PetSmart cleaning cat cages, or writing profiles for dogs at a non-profit hospice and spending quality time with unadoptable senior dogs. I work two part-time jobs but am available all day on Sundays, after 12 PM on Tuesdays, and after 4 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays! I aim to foster trust with both owners and pets alike! About: My fiancé and I both grew up in homes where caring for multiple dogs was the norm—he had anywhere from two to six at a time, and I was always surrounded by dogs as well. Together, we now have two of our own who are extremely well cared for, happy, and loved. With our lifelong experience and hands-on daily care, we’re very comfortable managing different personalities, routines, and needs. Any dog in our care will be treated like family and receive the same level of attention, structure, and love as our own. We both have flexible schedules, so one of us is always home. We go on daily walks in the morning and evening, and we never leave pets outside unattended. Our routines are adaptable, allowing us to accommodate the needs of any pet. We live right on a park, walks are a must for us and we accompany our pets outside on a long lead for simple day to day potty breaks.

About: As a skilled equestrian who handles 1200 lbs horses on a daily basis and has grown up with rambunctious german shepherds, I have developed great confidence in my ability to handle and care for animals of all kinds. I am not intimidated by breed/size or any behavioral quirks they may have! I am well-versed in administering treatments/medications for those with disabilities or medical conditions. I have personal experience of caring for senior and/or disabled dogs. My education at the University of Connecticut as an Animal Science major has heavily supplemented my knowledge of animal behavior, expanding my skillset to better understand my animal companions. I spend my free time using positive reinforcement to train my cats, dogs, an abundance of horses, and even a cow. Mental and physical stimulation is crucial for the welfare of animals. Giving animals the opportunity to be curious and explore new things (toys, scents, places, etc.) adds a world of difference in their happiness. I would love to put the effort forth in providing whatever enrichment opportunities that work best for the animal and their owner. This can look like teaching tricks, car rides, runs, etc.

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and other pets for the past year and genuinely love spending time with animals. Friends, family, and neighbors trust me to walk, feed, play with, and check in on their pets while they’re away or at work. I’m patient, reliable, and comfortable with pets of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. I currently am working 4 days a week and love to do this as a part time job! Any time I am not at work, I am available to your fur babies! I make sure pets stay comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. In clients’ homes, I provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box or potty clean-up, medication if needed, and lots of attention and affection. I always keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know their pets are safe and happy!
