About: I have spent all of my life around animals, and have absolutely loved spending time with them since I was young. As a kid I volunteered at my local shelter, playing with the residents and doing what I could to help take care of them and keep them happy. I personally grew up with both cats and dogs. I was the family member responsible for training and teaching our dogs new commands. I would be more than happy to go on long walks or spend time playing with and keeping your pets company. I am currently a school teacher on break, so I have plenty of time to love on your fur baby! I am currently openly available, until the school year begins in September. Until then, I am generally available during the week from 8 am to 10 pm. I am more than happy to feed, walk, play with, and love your animals in your home. I have experience with administering insulin to cats as well.
“Brijana is truly more than just a "dog walker", "dog sitter"....she is a professional dog lover who truly takes care of each dog under her care as if they were her own. Brijana is responsible, dependable, honest and trustworthy. She is someone who has the highest integrity I have seen in a long time. I and my husband are overly protective Pet Parents. Our 17 year Golden Retriever is our child. We were very skeptical of Brijana when we first met her due to some of the previous people on Rover were not reliable and some did not show up for the initial meet and greet. About: I’ve always had dogs of all ages and breeds in the family. It is fulfilling giving dogs their best life possible. We will treat your dogs like part of our family. I have a flexible job that allows me to provide care for animals throughout the day. My wife is also extremely involved and we enjoy spending our time around animals. I have a mini golden doodle and am constantly aware of the potential dangers to her. My main goals are to keep your dog comfortable and to not send them home with a vet bill.

With a cat who is diabetic and requires twice-daily insulin shots at fairly evenly spaced intervals, I have found it extremely difficult to find someone local who is both willing and able to take on the job. Throw in a couple other indoor cats AND a couple semi-feral community cats in the backyard, and it becomes even harder to find a responsible person willing to take the assignment. Even though she doesn't exactly live next door (more like 25 minutes away), Megan adjusted her schedule to accommodate our family through the fourth of July and even tended to our garden during a ridiculous heatwave. I was thrilled to find Megan on relatively short notice and am crossing my fingers that she will once again be available to care for our brood the next time we're out of town!”
