Shreya took such great care of our 2 cats while we were away! When we met her she took note of all logistics getting to our apartment building, the cats care, and asked important questions during our first meeting. Very personable and professional. Rebecca is the absolute best! She took such good care of our cat, Django, while we were away for about 2 weeks! She was always on time, communicative, and so good with our cat! She went above and beyond as well when our apartment complex misplaced our key. She made sure (even staying over her allotted time), that Django still got checked on that day and made sure our apartment complex got us a new key/got it back to us when we returned home from vacation. 20/10 would rebook her again! Your pet and home are in safe hands with her!!
Matina & Amanda did a great job at taking care of my two cats when I had a last minute trip to go on. Sent lots of pictures with a detailed update and took care of the previous nights food bowls that had been left out. Highly recommend and will definitely book again for future cat sitting!
Jennifer is so great watching my cat! She’s always on time for visits (even in crazy weather), sends a bunch of pictures, and leaves really detailed notes which show she pays attention to all my cat’s needs. She’s also been very flexible w/ visit timing on late notice to help make sure I have feeding coverage while I’m away. I feel super comfortable leaving my cat in her care and would definitely recommend hiring her :)

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
