About: I’ve had 3 dogs over the time of my life, and helped raise, teach, and take care of them. I am aware every dog has different attitudes and personalities. I love getting to know and play with new dogs whenever I have the chance! I have a very flexible schedule and can make just about any time work as long as I have a little bit of notice beforehand! I do not have the ability to have a dog in my own home, but I am willing to care for a dog in their own home, such as feeding, walking, and playing, etc.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have always had pets. I’ve trained, walked, fed, played, and cared for my Shiba Inu from when she was a puppy to her senior days. I help out neighbors with dog-walking and friends often ask me to pet-sit their dog or cats for up to a few weeks at a time. I currently work remotely full-time from 11am-8pm on the weekdays, so I have plenty of time in the morning to go on longer walks and would love an excuse to get outside more! I am also available all day on the weekends to walk our furry friends! :) I always look out for busy streets or sidewalks to avoid that might be overstimulating for some dogs. Finding peaceful routes and ensuring safety of our furry friend is my top priority. If needed, it is never a hassle to avoid other dogs or people during walks if our furry friend is not compatible with others.
“My cat loves when Tricia visits! She’s the best at giving him all the love and play time, knowing when to adjust to what he needs, and giving me peace of mind by sending plenty of pictures and detailed updates!”

About: I work remotely, so have become a go-to pet sitter for family and friends. Let me take care of your morning walks and afternoon treats, no dog too big or too small. I work remotely on an alternating schedule. I start at either 11am, 1pm, or 3pm, so will always be available in the morning and occasionally the afternoon. I always make sure the dog is comfortable both with me and the environment. I leave prepared with bags and treats and make sure all leashes/harnesses are correctly secured. And I always make sure to leave everything the way it was found.
About: I grew up surrounded by dogs, I’ve always had a deep love for caring for furry friends of all shapes and sizes. I’ve developed a natural ability to connect with dogs, including those who may be nervous or shy. My energetic personality allows me to keep up with active pups and my patience and understanding help me build trust with dogs that need extra care and comfort. Whether your dog is playful and full of energy or requires gentle guidance to feel secure, I’m dedicated to providing a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for every pet I meet :) I'm available for walks or drop-ins on weekdays and weekends from 8AM onwards. I'm quite an active person, I love spending time outside and getting as many steps in as possible. My favorite park to take a stroll in is Washington Square but I frequent Rittenhouse and the Schuylkill park as well. I love going on long walks, together your pup and I will explore the sights and smells of the neighborhood. If your pup is comfortable/friendly I am happy taking them to a dog park for some off-leash time.
“Very thorough review, thank you for letting me know about the matted fur, I definitely need to brush him more haha. Great job at taking care of Beefy!”

“Maxime did a great job taking care of my cat while I was out of town! She was timely and communicated well. I definitely recommend Maxime to anyone looking for a sitter! :-)”

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with animals and the genuine joy I get from caring for them. I grew up in a home with cats, a dog, and even a bunny, so I’m very comfortable with a variety of pets and understand the importance of routines like feeding, litter care, exercise, and lots of attention. Throughout high school, I regularly walked dogs and pet-sat for neighbors, becoming a trusted and familiar face for many families. I stayed connected with them through college and continued pet-sitting whenever I could, which speaks to the relationships and trust I built with both pets and their owners. I’m currently in nursing school, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and reliability—qualities I bring into every pet care situation. I’m also very active and walk a lot daily, so I love taking dogs on long walks, playing outside, and making sure they get the exercise and stimulation they need. Above all, I treat every pet like my own and aim to make them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. As a current nursing student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate consistent, quality time to pet care throughout the week. I plan my days in a way that gives me plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. Because I’m already very active and incorporate daily walks into my routine, caring for pets fits in seamlessly. I genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors and being active, so making sure pets get regular exercise, attention, and companionship is something I naturally prioritize in my day. I always put the pet’s needs first and aim to keep their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. I understand that every pet is different, so I closely follow each owner’s instructions when it comes to feeding, exercise, medications, and overall care. I’m very flexible with the types of services I offer. I’m comfortable staying in a client’s home for overnight care, doing drop-in visits, or a combination of both depending on what works best for you and your pet. I can also accommodate bringing smaller pets into my home if that’s preferred and arranged in advance. My goal is to meet each family where they are and provide care that keeps pets happy, safe, and stress-free while their owners are away.
“Joseph was so great & communicative! So helpful and prompt when taking our old guy out every day. Our dog is very picky with who he likes and he took to Joseph immediately! Will definitely us again.”

“Thank you again for another wonderful experience. Sieanna did me a huge favor and watched my kitties for a week with relatively short notice. The kitties are happy and I travel for work with peace of mind knowing she's taking care of them. Have booked over 4 times with Sieanna and will continue to.”

“Lydia was a very helpful pet sitter! She followed all of the instructions I gave very well and managed to earn the affection of my very shy and cautious cat. She sent pictures of her every day which eased my worries, since I had never let her in the care of strangers before. I would hire her again without hesitation!”

“We’ve used Pamela several times for drop ins and she’s very thorough and sweet and provides great updates and photos. We trust she’ll take great care of the pups when we are out and we highly recommend her!”

“Karen was responsive, a great communicator and super helpful and flexible when I had some shifts in my travel plans. Was a delight to have her sit for Janet Jackson and would gladly have her back anytime!”

About: I have 39 years of experience caring for animals. I have owned my home in Fitler Square for 15 years and have been running a cleaning company for the past 10 years. In addition to cleanings, I would care for their animals. Throughout my life, I've had: dogs, cats, parakeets, snakes, a hedgehog, a rabbit, and hamsters. I'm the first person my family and friends ask to care for their animals while they're away. I absolutely love and am passionate about dogs. I trained all three of my dogs from 8 weeks to their senior years. I'm also experienced at administering medication, which requires patience and assurance that they'll be ok. I'm excited for my visit with your dog. We'll take a walk to smell his/her favorite spots, go to one of the parks, play ball or with their favorite toy, and of course lots of pets and belly rubs. I will also feed and give fresh water, if needed. It makes me so happy when your dog is happy. I know how stressful it can be being away from your dog. Rest assured, I will care for your dog as if it were my own. I will ensure I'm respectful in your home, and messes are cleaned. If you would like me to do any additional work in your home, care for other animals, or clean, etc., please let me know. I look forward to meeting and taking care of your dog. This is my primary job. I'm available 6 am through 10 pm Monday through Sunday. I'm also available to house sit in your home or my home I will take good care of your dog/s and cat/s at your home/mine, feeding, brushing, playing, administering medication, changing litter, and bathing. If there's something else you would like to do, just ask.
About: I’ve grown up taking care of my own dogs and my family’s as well (that’s 5 at a time!). From walking to pet sitting, you can be assured that your pet will feel just at home with me. I work a flexible hybrid position so my schedule can be accommodating to your needs. With a pup of my own, there will be several opportunities to go out and smell around Depending on your pet, the area they roam around in can be modified. There are stairs in my home so there are several areas if you have a pet with specific needs

Philadelphia dog parents share their Rover experiences
Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Rebecca!! She took my pup on several walks this week and during each one provided thoughtful updates. She was even willing to move around her schedule to try to best accommodate my needs. Will 100% be reaching out for more drop in visits and walks with Rebecca in the future.

Brandon has been watching my golden retriever puppy once a week for the past month, and he’s been great! He is attentive, caring, and communicative, always providing updates and carefully following any instructions I leave. He’s also very accommodating if I ask for any changes. My puppy is always happy and well cared for when I get home. I highly recommend him!

We have started using Alexa to walk our high energy doggo a few times a week in the middle of the day while we’re at work and so far we love it & her! She took time to meet our dog and have her get comfy, is super great with communication, and sends great pictures and updates. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and would recommend her to anyone!

Rachel is a great sitter. Gabe us great updates and pics and made us feel that our lil fireball was well taken care of while we were away. Highly recommend Rachel to anyone needing a great sitter for their fur babies. She was great with communication throughout the entire process. 10 out of 10!

Kiirsten is great! She was available for a meet and greet to say hello to my pup before her drop in the next day and provided pictures of Hazel every time she popped in to put my mind at ease! She even wrote little notes to me to let me know how the drop in visit was and followed all the instructions to a tee! She is super friendly and I would recommend!

This was my first time working with Kristen and I’m thankful to have found her for our rotation of care providers! It’s clear she cares about your pet, and is very communicative during the entire process. I enjoyed working with her, and would book her again! (This was for dog walking services)

I’m so grateful for the care and attention Joy A gave my dog on such short notice. My dog is a rescue and can be very nervous and slow to warm up, but she was incredibly patient, attentive to her needs, and made me feel at ease the entire time. She was very communicative, sent regular updates and photos, and clearly cared about making sure my dog was comfortable and safe. I truly appreciated her flexibility with a last-minute request and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable sitter.
