I have been walking dogs for over a year now and I have had dogs and cats of my own ever since I was a little kid. I have been on Rover dog sitting for over 2 years and absolutely love caring for your pets! Previously, I walked dogs in Philadelphia for a dog shelter. I foster cats frequently and feed the neighborhood strays. I am available to check in on cats too! I work from home so I am able to give your pets extra love if I am house sitting.🐱 🐶 I am available for house sitting for dogs and cats and walks. I am looking forward to meeting your furry friend!! A little bit about me: I am a recent graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors in Global Studies. When I am not caring for pets I like to crochet and bake :).

Safety, trust & environment
I never take dogs off the leash when going outside. I want to mitigate any risk possible. I also try to avoid places with lots of other dogs so the dog will not get stressed or easily agitated. Unless you want me to have them socialize of course! I can easily crate dogs or keep them in one room if needed.

Mary did a great job with our two dogs and our cat! She provided frequent updates and also pictures of our animals while we were away! I’m glad we booked Mary to stay with them while we were away and not have them boarded. They were very happy when we got back home and we could tell that they had a great time. We would absolutely book Mary to stay with our pets again and will reach out for future vacations. Thank you so much for taking great care of them!

There’s something about Mary… …that our dog, William, became attached to. Mary was on time, super nice, and I instantly felt confident that she would take the best care of William. I cannot rave about Mary enough, definitely reach out to her if you need someone to care for your furry family member. My proof is William. The moment my wife and I left the home, William snuggled up to Mary and didn’t leave her side.
This was my first time working with Mary. I hired her for a drop-in visit, she was punctual, communicated with photos and was able to get my dog to eat his meal, which can be challenging in my absence. Looking forward to adding Mary to Elliott‘s care team.
