PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE RULES BEFORE SENDING BOOKING REQUEST: * I do not drive and I travel between all bookings on foot. Because of this, before sending a booking request, please make sure your address is updated in the app. If the exact address is not visible or not yet confirmed, I kindly ask you to share your general location (such as your neighborhood or nearby area) in advance. Since I work within a limited service radius, having an accurate understanding of the location is very important for my scheduling and route planning. This helps ensure I can reliably accept and complete all visits on time. * If your pet has any health problems, please let me know in advance. * If your pet is taking any medication, please share the detailed instructions with me before the visits. * Do not forget to specify the information of your regular veterinarian. * In case of an emergency, be sure to leave your pet's carrier outside in an easily accessible place. * Please share with me the contact information of a relative you trust to be reached in case of an emergency. * If an emergency occurs in previous reservations, there may be delays in the timing of the visits. * Before you leave, make sure you have enough food and litter for your pet. * If you have more than 2 pets and each has specific needs, please make an hour reservation. * Everyone's pet is friendly to them. However, if your pet has anxiety or aggressiveness towards strangers, please let me know in advance. I prefer to act according to the pet’s character. * If you live in a building with a front desk, make sure you have registered my name correctly on the guest list and left a spare key in my name. I often don't have time to wait 10 minutes at the front desk. * If you are using a lockbox, make sure it is working properly before my visits. * If you have a newly made spare key, be sure to check that it works properly and opens the door before my visits. * If you will have a friend at your home on any of my visits or if you will be returning early, please let me know in advance for my safety. * If your apartment has an alarm system that is complicated to use or has technical problems, I kindly ask you to inactive it during my visits. * I do not accept any responsibility for bookings that are not confirmed within 24 hours. I am an artist working from home. I grow up with dogs and living with two adorable cats since 11 years. I am from Istanbul, the city of stray cats and dogs, may you know. I have been actively working in aid efforts related to the daily routine feeding, needs and care of hundreds of stray cats and dogs for about 11 years. I helped pregnant animals, kittens, especially motherless babies who needed extra care, and sick animals with low immunity, to hold them on to life by not sleeping at night when necessary. Now I continue my life in Philadelphia and I’d be very happy to help you and our little friends. When we talk about dogs and cats, we know that each animal's character is different. You can be sure that I will approach your pet by first observing him/her, determining the most appropriate communication that will make him/her feel comfortable and safe. In your absence, i’ll not only feed your pet, but also spend some more time to play and pet him/her to make him/her not feel lonely. If your pet needs medication or special needs, I can also take care of him/her as per your instructions. I also have a very well knowledge about plants, i have a huge tropical plants collection. I can also take care of your plants when it is needed.

Berna is the best! My cats might prefer when we leave just so Berna can visit. She’s very communicative and always sends plenty of pics while we’re away. Instructions always followed to the T. Couldn’t recommend better!
