Experienced cat dad
I was a cat dad for 15 years, and I miss having cats of my own, but I’m not ready for more just yet. Toward the end of their lives I was required to inject insulin twice daily, utilize special diets, administer eye drops, administer pills and liquid medications, and provide post-surgery care. During my time with them I learned to be attentive, gentle, and patient, even when they’re vomiting everywhere.

Great communication and a truly compassionate sitter. Managed to help our anxious boy come around and settle in to happy routine.
Robert did a great job with our cats! We got regular updates and pictures, and they both came home happy and healthy.

Robert was wonderful and I couldn’t have found a better person to watch our cat, Louis, while out of town. Louis is diabetic and can be a little needy, but Robert handled him great. He provided daily photos/updates, and was always quick to respond. I think Louis was sad to leave when it came time. I’ll absolutely reach out to him again in the future. Highly recommend! Schedule
I live on my own in Pennsport, where I work from home 1-2 days/week. The other 3-4 days I go into my office in East Falls, though my hours are somewhat flexible. I’m mostly available in the morning before 10am and evening after 6pm, though I do still generally work from home on Fridays.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a spacious, one bedroom apartment with plenty of room to roam. I am accustomed to feeding cats at regular schedules, administering medicine, cleaning litter, and, naturally, petting, grooming, and playing with them.
A typical day
I leave out cardboard scratchers, make catnip tea, and keep a laser pointer handy. Mostly, I like to let cats explore and, though I make my presence known, let them come to me if they want company.
