While I don’t have a backyard, I’m in a walkable neighborhood with easy access to parks and dog parks — perfect for sniff-filled walks, outdoor time, and play. I keep your pet’s feeding, medication, and daily routines consistent, and I’ll send photos and updates throughout the day so you can see their lovely face and know they’re doing well. When I care for pets in your home, I’m respectful of your space and attentive to the little details that help your pet feel secure — whether that’s sticking to walking routes they know, maintaining their preferred litter box setup, or making sure their favorite toys are nearby. It’s especially helpful to know: – Their walk schedule and usual routes – Feeding times, portions, and any treats they’re used to – Where and how they like to sleep or relax – What a typical day looks like for them (playtime, naps, energy levels, etc.) – Any behaviors or sensitivities around other dogs, people, or new environments – Any medical needs, quirks, or habits that would help me care for them best Every pet is different, and I want to match the care you give them as closely as possible, whether that’s a high-energy day full of activity or a slow-paced routine with lots of rest and cuddles.
A typical day
For dogs, I love getting them out and about, whether it’s long walks through the neighborhood, a good sniff adventure in the park, or a trip to the dog park to socialize and play. I match the pace and energy level of each pup, whether they’re a high-energy squirrel chaser or just want to stroll and sniff the flowers. When we’re indoors, I keep things fun and engaging with their favorite toys, games of fetch, tug-of-war, or just relaxing together if that’s more their vibe. For cats, I follow their lead — from wand toy play sessions and treat puzzles to cozy couch time and window watching, I make sure they feel safe, stimulated, and cared for. I know that fun for cats can be anything from active play to quiet companionship, and I’m here for both. I always aim to make our time together joyful and tailored to what your pet enjoys most, so they’re not just cared for, but truly having fun.

I’ve been the go-to pet person for friends, family, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. Whether someone’s heading out for the weekend or a few weeks, they trust me to care for their pets like my own. That trust comes from years of experience, but also from the genuine joy I find in spending time with animals. I grew up helping care for animals on my grandparents’ farm, so being around them has always been a natural part of my life. Since then, I’ve been a proud pet parent to dogs, cats, reptiles, fish — you name it — and I’ve cared for animals across every life stage, from babies to seniors. I’m comfortable with short drop-in visits, longer overnight stays, boarding, and adapting to the unique needs and routines of each animal. More than anything, I treat every pet like family. Whether it’s a dog who loves long walks and squirrel patrol or a cat who’s happiest curled up for a show binge, I meet animals where they are. Anna is probably the best dog sitter we have ever had! Even before meeting her I could just tell she had such a passion for fur babies ! Before our trip she came to our place to meet our pups, and there was no doubt that she was a nurturing and loving person all around. She has a great knowledge of dogs that need specific care. We have a mini dachshund, and she was fully aware of the specific needs to keep them safe and healthy. While we were away, she sent us tons of pictures and updates that we requested, and put our minds at ease so we could fully enjoy our trip. It didn’t seem like our pup wanted to leave when we came back! I would recommend her to anybody over and over again because we will definitely be using her again! Anna is amazing! From booking through pick up, she made the experience fantastic! I booked her for a last minute trip and my Oreo loved her. She even helped make sure he was extremely comfortable with the other dogs and I could tell they all loved staying with her. I was truly amazed at how she was so calm, peaceful, and encouraging with all the pups. To be honest Oreo probably had way more fun with her than he does with me. He had a blast. Would absolutely recommend her! I’m so grateful for how amazing she was with my boy.
