While your pup is here with us they will be consistently supervised wherever they and Parker are, playing indoors, on a walk, at a dog park, eating or napping. With very few exceptions I only accept two dogs at a time here so you don’t have to worry about your dog getting lost in the shuffle of a large group or being overwhelmed by multiple dogs. For boarding and daycare, I do not have any size or breed restrictions per se. We’ve hosted an 105 lb dog and two 8 lb brother and sister pups and everything in between. Is your dog “special needs?” We love those pups and they are totally welcome. I have experience caring for dogs with medical issues, anxiety, odd behaviors, phobias, etc. So please get in touch and feel free to be candid without fear of rejection or judgement. Knowing what to expect before they arrive will make it easier to keep them happy and safe! One restriction I do have is that if your dog is aggressive towards other dogs (if it’s only leash aggression that’s generally ok!!) or has a history of fighting with other dogs, I can’t accept them for the safety of my own pup and others who stay here. My experience in doing this for a while is that they would definitely do best with a Rover sitter who currently does not have another animal in their home.
