She also kept up with their strict routine of four daily potty breaks at our rooftop dog park , always making sure they were safely geared up in their harnesses. Our cat was equally pampered with daily wet food and perfectly maintained litter boxes. Rachel even took the time to familiarize herself with our emergency evacuation plans , including locating our cat's carrier, which gave us immense peace of mind while we were away for the first time since owning all 3 of these animals. It is so clear that Rachel truly cares about the safety and well-being of the animals she watches. We returned to our apartment to find three very happy, relaxed pets who had clearly been given top-tier care during her stay. Mathilde was excellent - she was very communicative throughout and went above and beyond, trying to make sure my dog Molly (who can be picky eating) ate her food and took her medicine, and got her fill of walks and outdoor time. She also comforted Molly during a thunderstorm and shared great photos from the walk. Mathilde is a superstar!
