Pawsitively Fun Pet Care
I grew up in a house full of pets. I am familiar with cats, dogs, and all kinds of other pets. I helped raise my parents dogs from puppyhood to adulthood and have experience with administering medication and food, taking dogs for walks, playing outside, and giving lots of pets and belly rubs.

Safety, trust & environment
My home is rather small and doesn't allow for dogs, so I handle pet care in my clients' homes. I will take the absolute best care of your pet possible, spoiling them with attention, treats, playtime, and TLC. Additionally, if needed, I will tidy up after them and update you in case of any question or emergency.
Ratings and reviews
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with Rebecca. We have 1 elderly, reactive dog and 4 cats, one of whom is elderly and has health issues, so there are many steps involved in their care. From Rebecca's profile and reviews, it seemed like she would be a great fit. We got some off energy when we had the meet and greet - she had more questions about us than about our pets. She seemed to have very few questions about the care for our animals. During the stay, she sent some updates that we thought were strange but did not quite raise any red flags, so at the time we were not particularly concerned. When we got home, we encountered a several big problems: Our dog was in a lot of distress when we got home and had peed a lot on the floor. She has separation anxiety but typically does quite well when she has a routine and doesn't usually have accidents. She also had far more bowel movements over the following 12 hours, which made us wonder if she was walked enough. She didn't have any water and was panting with anxiety for over an hour after we got home, which is pretty unusual for her. Rebecca left many things in disarray, but the truly concerning (and baffling) issue was that the inside of the toilet bowl had a dent and crack - as if something heavy fell into the toilet. She didn't communicate with us that anything had happened. We realized a couple of hours after getting home that she hadn't returned our key. Our door requires the key to lock it, so it's not something that could be left in a pocket. We reached out and she brought it back to us almost 24 hours later, though she lives not too far from us. Because of the odd communication, the state of the house, and the behavior of our dog, her not returning the key set us on edge a bit. There were a number of other issues with the care of our house - many of which we'd honestly shrug off if they happened in isolation, but we kept uncovering things as the hours went by. There was vomit inside the toilet bowl and on the inside of the seat. There was an open, half full container of wet cat food in the bathroom trash. Our elderly cat has incontinence and the soiled blankets were piled on the couch. Other things were just kind of in disarray. We didn't discuss her eating our food and drinks, and we're typically fine with folks eating or drinking some of our food, but she had eaten some things that were kind of tucked out of the way, and it felt a little like she'd gone digging through things. Again, the sum total of these issues just left us uneasy. We asked about the crack in the toilet and the vomit, and she said that nothing had happened, so we're left pretty confused and disappointed.

I recently had Rebecca watch our two quirky pups for 10 days (in our home) while we were overseas. We were admittedly nervous about leaving the pups for so long with a new sitter, but Rebecca quickly put us at ease. She quickly bonded with our pups (one of whom has a lot of anxiety and leash aggression). She kept both dogs well cared for and very entertained. Rebecca also provided very frequent updates, pictures and videos which we loved and helped us to feel connected even when we were far away. Additionally, she went above and beyond to take great care of our house. It was such a relief to come home to a well care d for house in addition to happy and well cared for pups. We can’t recommend Rebecca enough!

Patient with our tough bunch.

rebecca was absolutely wonderful with my dog inez. there was a heat wave, an air quality alert, and a tornado watch and rebecca made sure my dog was safe and content. i got regular updates and pictures and i will definitely reach out again for rebecca’s services and recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter :)

Rebecca agreed to assist with a last minute request. She did great with my pup Chloe. Chloe has a lot of health issues and Rebecca followed all of my care instructions. I would definitely recommend her to care for your fur baby!

Rebecca took wonderful care of our two pups! It was a rainy weekend and they got lots of snuggles and pets.
