I’ve lived with pets for my entire life, and have raised and trained several dogs from puppy to adult. Over the past decade, I’ve also been fortunate enough to learn about all aspects of pet care from veterinarians, professional trainers, and rescue communities. I base my approach to pet care with knowledge of animal psychology and nonverbal communication skills — both informed by professional training curriculums. My canine companion Beau (a catahoula/cattle dog mix) has taught me about living with a high-energy, high-intelligence dog, and I’m confident working with dogs of all temperaments. I won’t just get along with your pet — I’ll also make friends with them!
