A typical day
A typical day would be based on the service booked! Taking your dog out for potty or changing your cat’s litter box. Then it would be play time for as long as your pet wants and to wrap it up with feeding or change of water bowl if requested and necessary! I will always reach out with how the visit went to make sure owner is aware of everything!

Pet care experience
As the mother of a 4 year old neutered Dalmatian and as a Veterinary Technician I come with the knowledge of wellness and emergency care as well as the exercise needs of your baby! You have a puppy or kitten that wants to play all day long ? No problem! I can teach him/her some basic training/tricks such as sit, stay, and the command “drop it” for safety reasons! (It can be both English and Spanish since I’m fluent on both languages!). You have a senior dog/cat that prefers to cuddle and sleep all day, and also needs medications and/or injections? I specialize in senior care! I am flexible regardless of age and breed! I can administer medication based on your preference and needs of your pet as well as feed and provide water as needed! My goal is to help your pet feel loved and at peace while you as the owner, get to have peace of mind with who your pet is with! I am home full time! So your pup will never be alone for too long. I also do offer fun field trips *only for the pups that the owners request this service for and it is an extra fee* The trips are usually on a 3-4 mile walk through the Wissahickon Valley Park trails and to West Mill Creek Park (this park has a creek, perfect for the pups that loves water and to swim!). I take up to 4 dogs at a time so spots do fill quick! If interested, ask me more about it:)! *I provide a smoke, alcohol, and drug free home as well as a play mate if necessary for your dog!* *If your dog or cat is not dog friendly that’s no problem for boarding at my home! Both my dog and your pet can be separated upon request!*

We were able to book last minute! Carismeldi took great care of my pup! And even gave her a bath when she got dirty. I really appreciated the communication, pictures and willingness to accommodate when my flight was delayed. Would highly recommend and definitely book again!
Carismeldi was absolutely amazing with our puppy, Ripley! From the moment we dropped him off, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring and capable hands. She kept us updated with messages and photos, gave him so much love and attention, and made sure he was well cared for the entire time we were away. It was clear that she genuinely loves animals and treated Ripley like one of her own. We came home to a happy, healthy, and well-loved puppy, which meant the world to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so grateful for everything she did. I would recommend Carismeldi to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate pet sitter. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!
